Luxury contemporary furnished 3 bedroom villa with own private pool and full air conditioning/heating, with all the amenities you would expect in a modern home, The villa is situated in a quiet location, on the edge of a quaint Spanish village. It is situated between the unspoilt sandy beaches of the Costa Calida & the historical city of Murcia. The Villa is located on a new development of luxury villas and apartments, but within walking distance of the village facilities, which include a mini market, bakery, bars/cafes & a pharmacy .The villa has a large tiled sun terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine or take advantage of the private pool and sunbathe whilst enjoying the perfect Costa Calida weather. When day turns into night you can cook alfresco on the large barbecue provided. The living space is beautifully furnished in a contemporary/Spanish style and is fully equipped for self catering with dish washer. For your enjoyment the villa has TV including English channels.

You are just a few minutes drive away from the lovely sandy beaches and warm waters of the Mar Menor lagoon and 5 minutes drive from the local resort of Los Alcazares with it's numerous restaurants, bars, cafes and beautiful palm tree lined promenade. The fishing village of Cabo de Palos, with an excellent selection of seafood restaurants is about a 20 minutes drive south. The historic city of Murcia, the capital of the region, is 30 km away and is certainly recommended for a visit. Cartagena, Spain's oldest Roman port is 20km away. There is also much to explore inland in the Murcia region, with 2 national parks less than 30 minutes drive away. For the keen golfers there are several first class golf courses all within less than 15 minutes drive.

A £200 deposit is required to secure the booking. With the balance to be paid in full 8 weeks before commencement of your stay.

A £200 security deposit in case of breakages to be added to the final payment and will be refunded within 14 days after departure from villa, following a satisfactory property check. Air conditioning / heating, towels and linen included in rental price. Cleaning / laundry to be paid locally upon arrival to key holder in euros. Property to be vacated at 10am on day of departure, but every effort will be made to allow guests to stay in the villa as long as possible.

BBQ on terrace by pool. Please note the pool is not fenced off, so children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times and NEVER left unattended. Unlimited sky tv including sports channels. Towels are for villa use only, and guests should bring there own pool/beach towels. The pool is professionally cleaned and maintained.
The villa is located at the end of an enclosed walkway and has private gated parking and a private secure garden.
