  10% discount on the second week booking.
  Extra Euro 50 for final cleaning, Euro 30 for pet. We consider long term rentals.
  Euro 200 security deposit. Possibility of meals with the product of the green garden directly in the house for Euro 15 per person. Winter season heating extra Euro 20 x day.
• Truffle Season. The house is located in a Truffle Reserve and is possible to buy fresh truffle directly from the property, and on request special meal will be cooked for you. At 4 km there is Acqualagna considered the capital of white truffle in Italy. You can see at Acqualagna web to see all the fair during the weekend in October and November.

Beautiful place to Holiday

We spent 10 wonderful days at Ca Battista in May and had a superb time. The property is beautifully restored and the location is stunning with panoramic views of the rolling Marche mountains. The owner, Simonetta, took the time to make us all feel very much at home, helping us with everything needed and by the end she felt like an old friend!
Our party included children aged from 18 months to 11 years and they all had a great experience, roaming the large gardens and playing in the stunning hilltop swimming pool.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing break in beautiful surroundings and we are very much looking forward to returning.

Luxury villa, in Truffle Reserve nr Urbino 79609

Ca Battista is WOW and the pool was still open when we went in November as the weather permitted it to remain open. We found the area much more "natural" than Tuscany, which by comparison is overwhealmed by tourists. The views generally but especially from our house are "picture postcard" and the main house where we stayed, is equipped with everything necessary and more - even a jacuzzi bath. We all loved the place and the surrounding countryside. As far as we are concered children can wonder freely without any parental concerns arising - so the adults also get a holiday! The ability to buy truffles direct from the growers/pickers was a unique experience, as it was to eat them. It is one of those places that at least for us, is where we'd love to wind down the days - I can only imagine what it would be like during the spring/summer and autumn when the seasons are changing. Our host - Simonetta was warm, funny and knowledgable and we congratulate her on her abilities and hospitality and of course, her wonderful property. We are planning our next visit very, very soon as it is a place for all ages.

Holiday on top of the world

The view from the pool is truely magnificent- and the house just as described on the website. The holiday was made even better by the personal attention from the owner in arranging a pasta making session in the outdoor kitchen - my italian and pasta making has improved beyond measure. A car is essential, but it is easy to drive on the quiet roads, and there are loads of beautiful towns to visit nearby. The nearby winery with al-fresco dining in the evening was a great success. The owner also undertook to teach me some Italian cooking and our feast of tagliatelle with duck, chicken liver pate, beef with truffle oil and stuffed rabbit with fennel - will never be forgotton. Real Italy , really magnificent views - will be visiting again.

Place to relax and enjoy

This place kept the promises given in internet, I would say that it was over the top. The owner was extremely helpful by showing us the best places to shop and eat in the nearby villages. The house itself was clean and extremely nicely renovated. Since it was't the high season we had the pool (which turned out to be larger that we thought) to ourselves with the atmost view of the surrounding mountains. The scenere was breathtaking.
If you want peace and quite, although not too far of bigger historic cities this is the place to go. One needs a car to get around. The property had the ping pong table for kids and adults to enjoy. The Owner family also arranged us to go to visit their vinery and we had a beautiful sunday lunch in their cantina with local delicacies and wines. We would have wanted to stay longer.
