JUAN LES PINS: rental from the 10th of July until the 15th of September, 2 km away from the sea, very quiet. Main apartment, 110 m² south oriented, entirely air-conditioned, 3 bedrooms, at the ground floor, in a new villa (with a 40 m² studio), on a leafy fenced ground of 1500 m². Larges sunny and shady terraces, pool house, summer kitchen with BBQ, pizza oven, sink, washing machine and WC outside. The 50 m² living, with a pool table, opens on a sunny terrace and an infinity pool. You will also find an open planned kitchen very well equipped, 3 double bedrooms for 6 people, 1 en-suite shower room / hand basin / WC, 1 bathroom (with hand basin and a thalasso bath) shared by the other two bedrooms, one separated WC. Everything is very private and individual. The studio is attached to the villa, slightly set back and during the rental period, the owners will live in it. They will take care of the pool and garden every day.

  • A 30% down payment by wirer transfer is required upon reservation. The balance is due 1 month before departure. A 1500 euros security deposit (in cash or in travellers cheque in euros), reimbursed upon departure, is also required.

    Departure time is due on Saturday at 9.30am. Arrival from 4.00pm.

    You should tell us if you want us to provide a cleaning lady at the end of your stay to clean up the full house (except kitchen and barbecue, that you will have to clean up yourself). The price is 95 euros.

Location of the villa: The villa is located in the Saint Maymes area, west from Juan les Pins, in a small complex of 11 villas, all with 1500 m² of leafy lot. It is located at the end of a dead end road, so it is very calm. The Saint Maymes area is one of the most elegant in Juan les Pins. This is a stone villa with laurels blooming all summer long in the front. The neighbours in both sides are separated by very high cypresses for a complete intimacy. The entry gate is equipped with an entry code. 2 parking lots are available in front of the property.

Distance from the shops and the beaches: All public and private beaches of Juan les Pins and from Golf-Juan they are 2km away for the closest and 4 km away from the furthest. The first shops of Antibes les Pins are 2km away. Juan Les Pins is 3km away with its animated commercial and sports life during the day and its never-ceasing nightlife. Down town Antibes is 5 km away with it famous fortification, its Picasso museum, the old town, the Vauban Harbor and the multimillionaire quay, its shops, restaurants and beaches. The old fishing port of Golf-Juan is 4 km away with a new port and the beaches. Carrefour and its huge commercial activity is 5 km away (exit on the highway).
