This lovely 2 bedroomed villa is an ideal holiday location. The property is set in tranquil secluded gardens with 3 communal pools, with kiddies paddling areas, and has a secure gated entrance. The accommodation comprises of Lounge and dining areas with sofa bed, dining table and 4 chairs, with British satellite TV and DVD. The Kitchen is well equipped to meet all your requirements, with oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave, and a good selection of crockery and cooking utensils. Leading from the dining area is a useful terraced area with the added advantage of a washing machine. The property also benefits from a downstairs cloakroom area with basin. On the first floor, there can be found two bedrooms - (the double bedroom having the benefit of a private balcony area} and the family bathroom with bath, shower, vanity basin, wc and bidet. To the outside of the property there is a large sun terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds enabling you to relax and enjoy the Sunshine

The villa is well placed for easy walking access to beaches, shops , restaurants and bars., and due to their close proximity a car is not essential for an enjoyable holiday. The beautiful sandy beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig, are all only a short distance away offering good amenities and sunbeds. Cabo Roig with its good selection of bars, restaurants cafes and night life can be found within walking distance. A short drive away can be found 3 excellent golf courses , the award winning Villamartin Golf course, Las Rambles and Campoamor There is a good selection of local supermarkets ensuring that you have everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Airport transfers can be arranged if required.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non refundable £50 deposit is payable on booking, the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival, if a booking is received 6 weeks or less prior to arrival then the full balance is payable on booking.
    A returnable security bond of 100 euros in cash is payable on arrival , in case of loss or damage. This will be returned on the day of departure after the villa has been checked for damages/breakages and the keys returned.
    A standard charge of 50 euros is payable locally on arrival for cleaning and linen .
    Linen and towels are provided . Beach towels are not provided.
  • Airport transfers from Murcia or Alicante can be arranged on request. You will be met and greeted at the villa by a local representative who will answer any queries you may have , and give you information about the resort and local area.

Had a great holiday and enjoyed every minute. Really lovely villa which is clean and well cared for. Great facilities nearby and within walking distance. Secure, safe complex with really friendly locals (well looked after by Sue). Kids had a great time on the beach and on nearby go-karts. Can't wait to return again for another holiday. Many thanks for hospitality by all at complex and to Heather for making it a holiday to remember.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Fantastic holiday will be returning again. Lovely property. Short walk to night life lovely resturants and bars. Beaches beautiful and clean. My children had a great time. Have already recommended to our friends who have been and are re booking for next year.

This is a lovely villa. Its is very well kept and very clear. The owner was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone.
