Self catering 3 bedroom apartment, located in the centre of Playa las Americas with a wide variety of bars, restaurants and entertainment catering for all tastes within a few minutes walk. The free bus that goes to the local attractions is just across the road and takes you to the recently opened Siam Park (Europe's newest and largest water park!). The property is well equipped and comprises of living area (TV, DVD & stereo), kitchen (with oven, grill, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, iron & ironing board and washing machine), 3 bedrooms so can sleep up to 6 people (1 double, 2 twin) 2 bathrooms (bath with shower) and a roof terrace. Benefit from Tenerifes good all year round climate and relax by the pool or take a short walk to the many beaches. For the more active there are activities to take part in chose from cycling, quad biking, go karting, boat trips, horse riding, water sports or visit the islands breath taking mount teide and much more if you still have time.

We rented this property in October 2009, four lads away for a week golf and fun.

Excellent property ideally located for us, very spacious, with everything you could want. Very Clean and well looked after. Freindly and easy booking.

We had an excellent week, loved sitting at nights with a few beers playing cards outside on the balcony before going out for food and drinks, recovering the next morning by the pool.

A very big thank you to property owner, we will be back next year for more.

Very highly recommended to all.

Spacious holiday home

We where a party of 6 people spanning four generations, ranging in ages from 8 to 80 and we all found something near at hand for all our needs. The appartment was very spacious and was more like a second home than a rented appartment. We all had a lovely time and we found everything we needed or wanted was all close by. Free buses to all the local attractions where close by so thankyou for a very nice holiday from us all The only reason we did not give you a 5 star was that the pool and its area could do with some works to tidy things up. Having said that we still used it.

apartment was right on the main road making it impossible to open the windows because of the noise and the dirt that was blown in. The apartment wasnt very clean and wardrobes smelled of damp it also advertised a tv but there was no aerial so couldnt watch anything except dvds.Hot water was very limited and no service provided (no linen or towel change all week) The complex was a bit rundown too, no facilities apart from a dirty pool
Owner's Response: I have had no other complaints about the cleaness of the apartment.
We did however have a problem the previous week when one of our guest had over run the bath causing a leak which may have caused the waldrobes to smell of damp, this matter has been rectified and also the hot water boiler has been replaced as there was a fault with it.
The apartment is advertised as self catering and therefore we do not provide linen changes unless the guest request so as this would be chargeable. The apartment does have a washing machine so linen can be cleaned as required by the guests.

The apartment is in an excellent position as it is 5 minutes from the nightlife but you cannot hear it when you are in the apartment. All cafes and supermarkets are nearby & have a great selection of food.

The apartment itself is wonderful. Very spacious & much bigger than expected. The communal pool is great with sunbeds but there are no sun umbrellas.

I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to be in the centre of Playa de las Americas & have a great holiday. The apartment has everything you need & beach & bath towels are even provided!
