Only few steps away you can enjoy one of the most secret beaches of the Banyuls Marine reserve. Located in South of France, in Banyuls, the villa is 125 m2 with 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room with a mezzanine, 1 terrace and 1 veranda, 2 WC, 1 shower and direct access to the beach. Possibility to rent also an independent furnished 20m2 studio with views of the sea & mountains. Banyuls is located in the Languedoc Roussillon region, 6 miles from the Spanish border & a two hours drive takes you to Barcelona. With more than 250 days of sun per year, Banyuls is the village with most hours of sun in France. Region offers plenty of activities:boating, diving, fishing, golfing, hiking, mountain biking, culture and wonderful wine & food

The villa is 125 m2 with 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room with a mezzanine, 1 terrace and 1 veranda, 2 WC, 1 shower and direct access to the beach. Beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and vineyards. The living room has a large family size dining table, a sofa bed and chairs, with access to the terrace overlooking the Sea. A nice space to enjoy each other's company! The kitchen is fully equipped. Each of the four bedrooms has a double bed for two adults and a closet. Two of the rooms share the veranda with Sea and Mountain views. There are also extra beds available if needed.

Enjoy the activities the area has to offer - boating, scuba diving, snorkelling, mountain biking, hiking, golf etc. Spain is 9km south with the Dali Museum and the Costa Brava area. The Pyrenees offers beautiful hiking trails in the summer and skiing in the winter. Andorra and Barcelona are both within 2 hours drive. Collioure, where Dali, Picasso and Matisse spent time, is withing 15 min drive. Banyuls has several restaurants, bars, a nice beach and the wine producers offer guided tours and wine tasting.
