The apartment has a sea view and is situated within easy walking distance of the 'Old Town' and Harbour. There are shops and supermarkets and the sandy beaches of Puerto Del Carmen are all within walking distance. There is an excellent choice of restaurants, especially in the 'Old Town', where it is well known for its fish restaurants.

Puerto Del Carmen is one of the most popular resorts in Lanzarote and can be found just 20 minutes from Arrecife Airport. It has a six kilometre sea front, with numerous sandy beaches. The front has many bars and restaurants, catering for all tastes.

| Notes: | There are two floors on this complex, and this apartment is found on the top floor. It has two twin bedrooms which sleeps four people and a further 'put you up' which can be used to sleep an additional person. The kitchen is fitted with a full oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, etc. Patio doors lead out on to a balcony which offers views of the sea. This is an extremely well maintained complex, consisting of only 9 apartments, with its own swimming pool. |

Lies approximately 60 miles off the North West Coast of Africa, making it an all year round sunny climate. From the breathtaking views at the most northern tip of the Island, to the golden sandy beaches of the South, whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone. Car hire is not necessary. Shops, bars, restaurants and beach are within easy walking distance.
