Sunset Villa is a fantastic self catering property split into 2 Apartments only 5 minutes stroll from the beautiful Heywoods and Almond Beaches. The property is located in a quiet residential area and benefits from its own Private Pool in Landscaped surroundings. Not having a busy road passing makes this property ideal for families. The view over the Almond Beach Resort and Caribbean Sea is fantastic especially when the sun sets over the horizon. With the Historic Speightstown and Popular Holetown being only minutes away there is no shortage of Shopping and Eating Experiences. Totally refurbished and modernised in early 2007, both Apartments are fully equipped and offer modern comfortable accommodation for up to 14 guests. All rooms are Air Conditioned and rooms in Apartment 1 also have ceiling fans. BARBADOS SELF CATERING VILLA RENTAL, HOLIDAY LETS FOR THE FAMILY. This property has great outside entertainment and eating area's making it superb for Barbeque's and Family Dinning

Apartment One is on the first floor and benefits from a balcony area overlooking the pool with views out to the Caribbean Sea. The Apartment comprises of two Queen size Double rooms and a Twin room (2 single beds) There is also a double sofa bed in the Lounge area. There is a fully equipped Kitchen with Cooker, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Grill, Kettle, Coffee Machine and Juicer/Liquidizer. The Dinning area has a large table which seat 8. There is also a Patio Table and Chairs for 8 people with Umbrella. The lounge area is equipped with TV, Satellite, CD, DVD and Radio/Cassette.

The Villa benifits from being in a quiet location with very little passing traffic. Speightstown is only 10 minutes walk along the beach.
