Located in the quiet, low-traffic north end, a short stroll to the lifeguarded beach, Beach Bird features a solar-heated 16 x 36 salt-treated pool. You can relax on the wonderful shaded poolside patio with comfortble cushioned chairs and table under the 12 x 12 gazebo. There is also ample poolside lounging area, outside shower, and two gas grills in the private fenced backyard. Additional features are the downstairs kitchenette with second refrigerator and microwave off the rec room. There is a spacious oceanside front deck with second patio set and ample parking in the gravel front yard. SPIRAL STAIRCASE CONNECTS 1ST AND 2ND FLOOR. CAC/heatpump, CCTV's, large screen TV, VCR's, DVD's, CD, high speed wireless internet access, 2 refrigerators, gas grill, basketball, pingpong, high chair. No smoking.
