Photos and Description of this Minho & Costa Verde holiday house An independent villa surrounded by flowers within a quiet private environment

Our property is a 2800sq m space where we (a 4 person family) live at the major house. We speak English & we like to know people. The villa we rent now, was our home in the beginning. It's a house with 2 double bedrooms each one with WC, TV and a sitting room with couchbed. Near by there is a complete kitchen (with washing machine and microwave) & a very pleasant place for the meals inside or outside at the sun. Our place is located in a small village (4km from the town center, Viana do Castelo) but in 1km you can buy everything. We are 300m from a beautiful river where you can go for a walk or ride on bike (we provide the bikes). If you prefer to rest, we have a large pool and garden with fruit trees to take a nap or read among other things. We will have some gastronomic courtesies for you during your stay. Our space is totally private. We'll provide diary cleaning, towels changing and bed clothes changing once a week. The capacity is 4/5 person or 4 person 2 children.

Nearest Beach: beach at 4 Kilometres
Car: necessary
Our house is 4km from the center of the town. Viana do Castelo is a small quiet town with a lot of beaches, (from our space since 3km). There is a nice mall, a lot of very good restaurants with a great variety of gastronomic dishes. We are 70km from Oporto's airport and Vigo's airport(in Spain-Galicia), served by highways. Viana do Castelo is located in a valley with a beautiful hill and one of the most clean rivers of Portugal. Our space is near by this river, very good for fishing.

Notes: The kitchen area is a very pleasant place, with a porch, sofas and a 'Eira', that is a typical place made in stone, where the ancients beat the corn.

Gil and his family provided us with the perfect holiday.The bungalow and grounds were kept scrupulouly clean. The pool huge and equally clean. The kitchen beautifully laid out to cook for my young family. The attention to detail was amazing and all done completely unobtrusively.
Local restaurants all provide food and service of an excellent standard and the town of Viana is truly varied and beautiful. Highly Recommended.
