Beautiful 3 bedrooms detached villa. The property has 4 wet rooms, lounge/diner and fitted kitchen. Outside is a clover leaf shaped pool shared with 2 other villas in an enclosed garden. The property is situated 10 minutes walk from the bustling river front town of Dalyan, with its traditional restaurants and water taxis. The beautiful Iztuzu (turtle beach) is a 15 minute 'dolmush' ride away or why not try the public beach boat service? Hire your own boat man for the day and live the life of a king and visit the sulphur springs and the mud baths and stop for a dip in the river. The villa is fully equipped with bedding, towels, oven, hob, fridge and washing machine. The villa is cleaned weekly. Bedding and towels are changed weekly. The pool is in use from May to October.

Villa Elmaha is situated in the bustling market town of Dalyan. The village of Dalyan is situated on a river, surrounded by lush green fields breaking into spectacular mountain ranges. On the opposite side of the river is the ancient city of Caunos that is debatable the second greatest archaeological site in Turkey. Only 10% of the city has been unearthed and every year more and more treasures are discovered. The area around Dalyan has some of the widest variety of wildlife to be found in Turkey, including some species of birds not found elsewhere in the world. The weather in Dalyan is dry and warm all summer, yet we have many large rivers that flow all year round, being fed by underground springs. A short tranquil boat ride away from Dalyan harbour is a four kilometer long beach that is home to the rare Caretta Caretta turtles.

Tastefully furnished to a high standard, comfortable and well equipped. Kids loved attic room. Lovely pool, serviced daily along with garden. Microwave would of been a bonus but otherwise everything you could need was available. Villa is in quiet area, amidst properties occupied by local people so real sense of being part of locale. 10 minute, level walk to village centre. Loads of restaurants - we ate out most nights and every meal was a pleasure. Public boats and buses run trips all over area - take boat to Turtle Beach (40mins) or the bus (20 mins) - no need for a car (great!). Owners provided email "tips" to area which were great. Do take mosquito spray - can't be helped by annoying in evening. Would definitely recommend villa and area - particularly good for those with children and/or wanting a quieter break.
Owner's Response: Feed back is always welcome and valued, it is always a pleasure to hear that our guests have enjoyed our house and Dalyan. The attic bedroom is fantastic for the children, a real hideaway. We keep adding to the facilities available in the house and we are intending to put a microwave into the villa this summer. However, with such fantastic restaurants in Dalyan, our favourite being Ramazan's, I would hope not too much cooking goes on.
