In the area of Benimeit, Moraira is this one off luxury villa. It will be appreciated by people who require the best in summer holiday rentals. A large, modern and stylish villa with stunning views across the bay and valley from Calpe to Moraira. The front façade of the house is all glass so the views can be seen from every window and door. The pool and sun bathing area has to be seen to be believed. The pool is accompanied by a superb 8 berth spa. An enclosed shower is adjacent to the pool. Sun loungers, patio table and chairs and a portable BBQ are provided . Once you have stayed in this property you will want to come back again and again. The property is south facing and gets the sun all day. It is a totally flat plot so it ideal for disabled people although there are no special facilities as such for the infirm. Even though it has 4 bedrooms it is well worth considering for your honeymoon.

The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building. There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Many good restaurants and bars. Prices vary according to the establishment. There are Michelin guide rated and Michelin star restaurants in the area. A couple of night clubs. Children's fair. Marina. Many supermarkets, banks and two Internet shops. Nice gift, clothes and shoe shops. The area is idea for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spanish are very friendly. Sol Park tennis club is good for all levels of player and coaching is available.

The property has 4 double bedrooms. Master Bedroom with super king bed & en suite shower room. Bedroom 2 with a double bed. The other bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. A further shower room and family bathroom with the bath having a hand shower. A large hall way with side board. A fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons. A beautiful fully furnished sitting room with settees occasional tables etc. SKY Tv. DVD etc. Dining room. Laundry room. Beautiful private pool in dark tiles and Jacuzzi on the very large beautiful sun terrace. Also patio table and chairs, barbecue etc. Plenty of Parking within the secure property.

Things to do

Table tennis and boule are available near by at the Brevis restaurant and boules club. In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sea life park. Benidorm Palace is worth a visit for an enjoyable night out. Train station in Teulada. Shopping at the La Marian shopping centre near the Carrefore centre in Benidorm also in Moraira which has some lovely boutiques and shoe shops. The local wine from the Jalon Valley is an absolute must do. The nearest nine hole golf course is 5 minutes away. 8 other courses within an hours drive from the villa. There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, pedalos etc. in the town centre and on the beach. International Go-Karting track but suitable for all levels.

“Wow,” is the word most people probably use when they enter this property. The view is stunning - even better than the photographs on the web site suggest. At night the gardens around the patio are lit and from the hot tub the lights of Moraira and down the coast could be taken from a film set. Inside there are marble floors and plenty of space. There is air conditioning but the property is high enough up to catch the breeze and for much of the time it is not needed. Two of the bedrooms have the stunning view - including the master bedroom which has its own entrance on to the patio both from the room and from the ensuite bathroom. The property gets a full Sky service - including Sky films and there is a good selection of DVDs. This is a five star property. There were seven of us - and none of us wanted to leave (pretty well ever). Highly recommended.
