A genuine Italian farmhouse in countryside near mountains with beautiful views. Near to Ryanair airport of Pescara and town of Lanciano. Surrounded by villages with fantastic restaurants and shopping. The house is an ideal summer rental for couples and families. The mountains and sea are only a drive away and the beautiful lake Bomba, where it is possible to water ski wake-board and pedollo is nearby. The house is a mixture of old and new with exposed beams and traditional shutters. It has all new furniture, a newly fitted kitchen and a new bathroom suite with curved shower unit. There is a very large double bed, two sets of bunk beds and a sofa bed. It is very comfortable inside and is fully air conditioned / heated it has an elevated deck and a shaded terrace. The construction of the house means the bedrooms are always cool and comfortable and the living room has a beautiful view of the valley. It has everything you need for an ideal Italian holiday.

Abruzzo is famous for its wines and foods; and the house is surrounded by villages where both are available in superb lovely restaurants. The house is ideally situated for Lake Bomba which is a beautiful place to relax or to be more active with all water sports available here. We are near the mountains which offer stunning views exhilarating walks and intriguing villages for exploration. The Adriatic coast is only a drive away and you can spend days on quiet coves or fully serviced beaches with all tourist facilities available. For families we are near to Vasto water park which is a thrilling place to spend an exciting day. Lancanio, about fifteen minutes away, is a small city which mixes old and new and has everything all the facilities you could possibly need whilst in Italy. The real beauty of our area is that it is virtually untouched by tourism and this means all the bars, shops and restaurants are authentically Italian and the people still have a real welcome for visitors.

we had a fantastic stay here. The scenery is beautiful and the house has evrything you could need . The local reatarant are great and evrything is within easy driving distance the sea the mountains and the lake . A car is essential for this propety. The air conditioning is a great bonus . We loved the house it was so relaxing nad well equiped we would efinetly rcommend it.
