Location: Kyrenia Region in Cyprus

Nearest Ferry: Girne at 25 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: At the resort - 100 Meters from the Swimming Pool at 100 Metres

Nearest Golf: Korineum at Esentepe at 10 Kilometres

In the peacefully rural Tatlisu area at the base of the Karpas peninsula our apartment has fantastic views to the sea and the mountains but is only 35 mins from Ercan airport and only 1 hour from Larnaca. You can choose to get away from it all with relaxing country walks in the near-by nature reserve or head for Korineum, the golf course and country club that is just 15mins away. To the east is the wonderful Karpas peninsula with secret beaches and wild donkeys roaming the hills. If you want to head west you can get to the all the amenities of Kyrenia and its historic Venetian harbour in just 35mins and Nicosia in only 40mins. The best local beach by far is Alagadi, the so-called 'Turtle Beach', with it's nesting sea turtles which is only 15mins from the apartment - at certain times of the year the volunteers at the turtle trust give tours of the nests and will show you the turtles hatching and dashing for the sea!

Additional information about rental rates

  • ** Until November 30th 2009 we will hold our 2009 rate of £250.00/week for advance bookings for High Season 2010 **
  • A refundable security deposit of £200 is payable before commencement of your trip. Electricity, water and all other services up to the value of £30.00 per week are included in the rental charge. If this allowance is exceeded the difference to the actual charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
  • Cleaning: In order to keep rates lower we do not include the cost of having the maid service clean the apartment after your departure - instead we look to you to ensure the apartment is clean and tidy and ready for the next guests. If you do choose to make use of the cleaning service this can be arranged either through us or directly with the management office at the complex. If the apartment is not left in an acceptable state a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit. Currently this is £40.00

  • Both bathrooms are fully tiled, have dual power shaver points and mirrors. The master bedroom's en-suite has a screened shower, basin and toilet with integral bidet while the family bathroom has a basin, toilet with integral bidet and a full size bath with over-bath shower fitting. NB: The maids generally make our hand towels available in the bathrooms but we ask that you don't use these on the beach or by the pool - thanks.

NB: All apartment doors, windows and the balcony doors are fitted with sliding fly screens so the doors can be left open for ventilation without the wildlife getting in. Ideal for lying in bed and listening to the waves from the Med!

Just returned from an amazing holiday in Kyrenia. The apartment was as described. Amazing view from the balcony. The facilities in the complex were great. The gym was fully equipped and the pools and surrounding gardens were well maintained. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need, even a large selection of books and dvd's. The owner was very helpful with all aspects of the holiday. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Great value for money.
