Includes steps leading to the beach, privately fenced back yard with a screened gazebo, a custom built covered swing, and garage converted into a billiard room complete with refrigerator . A gourmet kitchen and a working fireplace complete the luxurious interior. CAC (zone controlled), CCTV's with VCR, wireless internet, jetted tub, pool table, 2nd refrigerator in game room, open and screened porches, gas grill with additional propane, new decking, gazebo, inground pool. NO PETS ALLOWED.
