The pool area has a separate children's pool, sunbeds, and a poolside snack bar. There is a daytime and evening entertainment programme. Notes to the rental rates

• Rates quoted are based on 2 people sharing. Each additional person will be charged £25 per person per week. For Christmas and New Year an additional £125 is added to the rental rate. The additional amount per person remains as £25.
  
• The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommend you take out suitable insurance before travelling.

Rates

Prices are per week and based on 2 people sharing. Each additional person will be charged £25 per week. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. All late bookings will require full payment. A £50 security deposit is taken at the time of final balance to cover any damage or breakages which may occur, this is refunded once the property has been checked and the keys returned.

Cleaning

The property will be cleaned and fresh linen & towels will be provided for your arrival. This service is then repeated after every 7 day period. In addition, we offer our guests the opportunity to book extra maid services at a rate of £15 (21 euros) per day plus £5 (7euros) per person for fresh linen and towels. Please note you are required to provide your own beach and poolside towels.
