This 3rd floor 1 bedroom apartment is in a new residence with views of the marina. It's in a perfect location for a holiday rental, being close to the port, beach, Old Town, really everything that Antibes has to offer. It is reached by secure entry & elevator. The open plan kitchen & living area leads to the terrace with table & chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen has been finished to a high standard & includes a full length fridge/freezer, dishwasher & breakfast bar. The living area has a large flat screen TV with Sky satellite & DVD with selection of movies, WIFI internet access. There is a bathroom with bath/shower & a separate toilet, with washing machine. The bedroom has a queen size bed & full length fitted wardrobes, a fan and small portable air-conditioning unit. The whole apartment has been tastefully furnished. There is secure parking available to rent under the building, which needs to be booked at the same time as the apartment.

The old town of Antibes is a great place to be based for a holiday on the Cote d’Azur. It’s in between Cannes and Nice, both easily accessible by train. It is a vibrant little town full of cobbled streets full of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. There is the famous Picasso Museum, fabulous yacht marina, beaches, Provencal market and the ancient Ramparts (city walls). Don't miss the fabulous Casino of Monaco, or a stroll along the Croisette in Cannes. Closer to home is Juans-les-Pins with its renowned nightlife.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by bank transfer in Euros. There is a cleaning/laundry fee of 50 euros payable in cash on departure.
    A security/key deposit of 200 euros is required in cash on arrival, to be returned on departure, minus costs of any breakages/damage.
    No check ins after 9pm.
  • There will usually be basics in the cupboard like oil and vinegar, salt, pepper, and cleaning products.

Really nice clean, modern, stylish apartment in a great location.
All detail was really accurate in the advert.
We travelled by train and it was just down the road (ideal after a long journey) and the location was ideal for both daytime and evening activities.... close to marina, old town, new town and beaches.
I would recommend to a friend and would visit again

A great apartment in a perfect location!

We have just spent an idyllic week in this bright, modern, well-equipped apartment in Antibes. The location is extremely central - close to the Port and the Old Town - and so is ideal for walking to the market, shops and restaurants. All the details from the advert matched the apartment - location, cleanliness, facilities. We recommend the additional cost of the underground parking as this can be difficult and expensive around the location of the apartment. Antibes is a great location for exploring the French Riviera too - we went as far west as St. Tropez and Port Grimaud, and then along to Menton and Monte Carlo in the east - all were absolutely fabulous!

Great Location for Port Vauban and the Old Town

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. It was nicely furnished, well maintained and very clean. The agent who was very helpful and an extremely nice person met us as we had agreed. Only one complaint in that the apartment was very hot and difficult to cool. There is an air conditioning unit in the bedroom which you had to keep on at night but it was very noisy. The living area had patio doors to the balcony and a fan which helped in that area. Nice bathroom and linen and good shower - they even provided beach towels. Very convenient for Port Vauban and the lovely old town. Just one warning don't eat too much of that delicious French Bread and wonderful pastries.

Gorgeous view! Excellent central location in the best part of Antibes! Only a block away from the main center of night-life! A short stroll to the beach!
It's modern, it's clean and well-setup with everything needed and more, from washing-machine to WIFI, fully equipped kitchen to SKY TV & DVD player etc.
We had a wonderful week's stay and would love to come back next year!
