The deposit is retained if canceled less than 30 days before arrival.
The full payment is retained if canceled less than 7 days before arrival.

A welcome beverage is provided on arrival. Fresh milk, bread, cereals, fruit juices, tea and coffee are also all available when guests arrive. Guests are shown all the facilities and amenities and are guided through the accommodation. Meals can be arranged with prior notice at an additional cost. Meal deliveries are available from local restaurants.
Hire cars or other transport ,such as bicycles and scooters, can be delivered and returned directly to the guest house. Tour guides can be arranged with prior notice.
There is information in the house about all the Cape attractions.
The owners, your hosts, will offer any additional tourist or local information. They live nearby.

There are 3 filter coffee machines There is a separate laundry with 2 X tumble dryers and washing machine, plus an iron and board. The dining area has 6 solid mahogany tables which can be configured to seat from 2 to 12 people. There is a full bar fridge in the dining area. The lounges have settees and chairs with an ottoman. One bedroom is available at parking / ground level for guests who do not wish to use the stairs. The main lounge / dining and kitchen are also at this level, complete with the stunning views of natural beauty. |

The Hosts live in the same street and are always available for guidance and information. Guests who wish to participate in the activities of the local community are given this opportunity. Local community activities include local restaurants, clubs, pubs, the local 'Braai', community services and township life.
About the owners
Peter and Tina Davies are your hosts and have lived and run successful businesses in South Africa for over 30 years. They were born in the Midlands of the UK and lived in Seven Oaks, Kent, for two years in 2004/5. They are happy to answer any questions you may have on any matters related to your visit and trips planned in South Africa.
