A lovely family sized villa with 3 bedrooms and sleeping 6 people comfortably. Fully equipped with classy modern decor, the villa has everything you will need for a great holiday. Tucked away in a quiet location but within 25minutes walking distance of the beaches, shops and restaurants. Spending a week at Casa Magica will leave you rested and relaxed, in fact most of our guests don't want to leave!. The family can enjoy endless hours in the large private pool and soaking in the suns rays on the sunbeds. We have tried to think of everything to enjoy our villa all year round so you wont have to worry about things like, BBQ, UK TVand DVD player. Each room has cool air-conditioning for the summer and warm air heating for winter rentals. A superb all year round villa with a taste of luxury and style!

The easternmost village of Andalucia and part of the larger agglomeration of Pulpi. The village is made up of numerous bays and coves, almost all with sandy beaches. During the Summer the beach bars open all day and into the night serving drinks and food. Particularly good during fiestas! The town is a well known holiday destination for Spanish families and Northern European Holiday home owners, this makes for a holiday where you can taste the real Spain away from fish and chip restaurants and rowdy clubbers. Widely considered as one of the most sought after towns on the Almeria coast the bay is surrounded by the Sierra Aguilon mountains, which now has a beautiful new golf course at its feet. The beaches are perfect for families with gently sloping sand into the warm waters of the Mediterranean sea and blue flag certification.

    A security deposit of £200 or 200€ cash will be required on arrival and returned in full, upon confirmation that no damage has occured on day of departure. (Please note if you require a checkout before 7am, we require your deposit must be in Sterling and this will be transferred back to you within 48 hours)
  • - Bed linen sets and towels are not provided. If you would like to hire these items from us and avoid taking them in your suitcase then please note the following and advise us when you book.
    - Towel Set [Bath/Hand/Face] 10€ per set
    - Bed linen Set [Top Sheet, fitted Sheet + Pillow case] 10€ per bed.
    - If you require a High Chair or Travel Cot we can rent these to you at 10€ per week per item.

Distance from Airports: We advise you to fly into Murcia or Almeria but the location is easily accessible from all these airports: Almeria Airport - 115km. Murcia Airport - 100km. Alicante Airport - 195km. Malaga Airport - 320km. We can organise pick ups from Murcia or Almeria. Airport transfers are available if you require them and dont want to hire a car. Almeria = 100€ each way Murcia = 100€ each way Alicante = 150€ each way We now have a great partnership set-up with Gold car Rental, for car rentals. The office is local in case you need help from them, but you can still pick-up/drop off from Any airport as per normal.(Goldcar only have offices INSIDE airports - so no minibus to car compunds!) Remember to quote RICHARD - GOLFSANJUAN and they will do you a great deal.

Casa Magica - it lived up to its name!

My husband & I and our two children (7 & 5 at the time) stayed here in July 2008 & had a wonderfully relaxing 2 weeks. The villa was very clean & had everything we needed during our stay.

Richard visited frequently to clean the pool and were at the end of the phone if we had any problems (which we didn't).

We had been to villas in France the previous 2 years & it was so nice to be able to speak to English owners rather than muddle through in a foreign language!

The beach in San Juan was frequented a few times, but mainly the kids loved being by the pool. The local marked was excellent for them to spend their holiday money too!

Our stay in August 08

My family stayed in the villa during August 08. The villa was exceptionally clean and modern with a very well equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are lovely and the bedrooms maintained to a high standard. The security features made us feel very safe. The view from the terrace is wonderful and the outdoor table and chairs of good quality which made it inviting to sit in the very welcome shade. The pool was checked by Richard daily and my kids loved it. The shops and beach are only a short drive and I would highly recommend the three beach restaurants which were mainly filled with locals and were excellent. The sea is very calm and safe and we even managed to get my 'I do not like the sea' son to spend quite a lot of time in it. We really enjoyed our holiday and are returning to a spanish villa in 2009 and hope this choice will be as good.
