Superior Apartments, Stunning Views
Built in a typical Canarian style this large and very popular complex is situated in a dominating position on the ocean seafront. The recently refurbished pool area contains sunbeds and large terraces to relax overlooking the coastline. The beach is just a 2 minute stroll away and the aqua park and and bi-weekly Torvicas market are both approximately 20-25 minutes walk away. A wide variety of bars, shops restaurants and supermarkets are all in the immediate vicinity . These apartments are superior to many on the complex. All well equipped and all with good sea views.

This apartment is superior to many on the complex. It has a fitted kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, and a breakfast bar. The bedroom contains twin beds, bedside table and a chest of drawers The built in wardrobes give plenty of space for hanging clothes there are also plenty of hangers. There is also a hairdryer for guests to use and a safe for keeping your valuables locked away. The lounge contains a double sofa bed with proper sprung base and mattress, it also contains a TV which receives some English channels . There is also a DVD player which plays both Cd's and DVDs. Both the bedroom and lounge area contain ceiling fans. The balcony contains a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining and the views of the coastline and the ocean are stunning.

Rates
Prices are per week and based on 2 people sharing. Each additional person will be charged £25 per week. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. All late bookings will require full payment. A £50 security deposit is taken at the time of final balance to cover any damage or breakages which may occur, this is refunded once the property has been checked and the keys returned
Cleaning
The property will be cleaned and fresh linen & towels will be provided for your arrival. This service is then repeated after every 7 day period. In addition, we offer our guests the opportunity to book extra maid services at a rate of £15 (25 euros) per day plus £5 (7euros) per person for fresh linen and towels. Please note you are required to provide your own beach and poolside towels.
