The DayBreak Cottage sits on an 8+ acre waterfront vineyard estate. It has 3 bedrooms (new beds) and 2 baths, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, screened porch over looking the water and all amenities. The Cottage sits above the winery, is decorated in Maine-cottage style and is two stories with a vaulted living room. DayBreak Estate sits within the 'Prettiest Village in Maine,' Wiscasset. Walk the gardens, watch the wonderful French chickens, eat honey from our hives, browse the imported French and English antique shop. Lots to do at DayBreak. The Estate is located 45 minutes north of Portland, 25 minutes north of LLBean and Freeport, 15 minutes from Boothbay Harbor, 1 hour south of Camden. Truly a central location to base your Maine holiday. Wiscasset is full of boutiques, restaurants, antiquing, art, historical buildings, museums, etc. (DayBreak Cottage is a non-smoking rental.)

Beautiful property for family holiday

We were delighted with this property. We are a family of 3 children aged 5, 7 and 9. The cottage is spacious and really pleasant. The grounds of the main house were beautiful with extensive gardens, vineyards, animals, woods and fabulous views. It is really easy to walk into the village to eat or stroll. If anything, it is nicer than the photographs in the website suggested. The owners were both unobtrusive and friendly, not always an easy feat to pull off!

There are lovely drives and destinations nearby. Great value.
