By the Minho river delta, on the Portuguese side of the border, Seixas is a quiet little village only a couple of kilometres from Caminha, a famous holiday resort for the early 20Th century Oporto upper/middle class beach lovers. Many art-deco mansions can be seen around Seixas, this one being one of them. There is a little fishing boats marina less then a hundred metres away.
