This great Miami vacation waterfront home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,800 sqft (280 m2), it will accommodate up to 10 people. The Colonial Villas is located on the gated island of Keystone Point, only minutes away from Bal Harbour and 20 minutes away from South Beach. The house is built on a large lot which provides plenty of space for entertainment and provides privacy. The spacious home has just been redecorated in 2007 with modern and trendy furniture. and will immerse you in the South Beach atmosphere. Visitors looking to rent a South Beach vacation rentals home will be delighted by this great Miami home. The living room is surrounded with windows that provide great views of the garden, pool and canal. There is also a gourmet kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. The dining area, which is located just next to the kitchen, offers seating for 10 people.
