This lovely light east facing flat on the top floor of a gated complex with concierge, has a fantastic sea view overlooking the coastal towns of Beaulieu, Cap D'ail and right the way to Monaco, Menton. The flat is well furnished and the 3 bedrooms plus convertible sofa in the lounge can accommodate up to 8 people. The Open plan American kitchen overlooks the lounge, dining room area, which itself leads out on to a lovely terrace. Two of the bedrooms also lead on the terrace which runs along the front of the flat. The complex has a private pool and the situation of the property is ideal for a leisurely walk in to the village, the shops, port, restaurants, which are just 2 minutes walking distance. St Jean Cap Ferrat is a well secured location, the town have invested in camera surveillance and so there is a good feeling of security.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A surcharge may apply for the following periods: Christmas, Easter and the Monaco Grand Prix. Please enquire when you book.
    A 25 % deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The full amount is due 60 days before arrival as well as a security deposit of 400 Euros which will be reimbursed quickly at the end of the stay. All amounts will be refunded if reservation is cancelled and the property can be let again for the same period. A final cleaning and laundry charge of 48 Euros for occupancy of up to 4 people will be deducted from the security deposit together with telephone consumption, electricity charges and any breakages/damages.
    The renter should be fully insured for personal injury, theft etc. The owner refuses all responsibility for recourse that an insurance company may exercise against the owner in the case of an accident.
  • Please contact for fortnightly and monthly rates which are lower per week.

The apartment: This 3 bedroom apartment is only 2 minutes walk from the heart of the village, close to local shops, restaurants, the lovely beaches and fantastic walks around the Cap and to nearby villages. Its fabulous location, in a secured environment makes for a very relaxing holiday, in a superb environnement. Fantastic sea views, overlooking the coastal areas to the east of Nice. The location is just perfect and the flat can sleep up to 8 people.

The environment: Close to beautiful villages such as Villefranche, Beaulieu, easy access to bus and train services, beautiful walks, local commodities within walking distance. The village itself has many wonderful sites to visit.
