This stunning 2 bed apartment is situated on the first floor of the stylish new complex of Granada Park. With its 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and double sofa bed in the lounge the apartment is suitable for couples, golfers and families with children of all ages. The large, spacious, south-west facing balcony (so catches the sun most of the day) is furnished with 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a table is ideal for when you want to relax and has wonderful views over the pool area and coast beyond. The owners have ensured that the apartment has all the modern conveniences you would expect in an apartment of this standard. The Granada Park complex has two large pools, one heated in the winter months and a smaller children's pool. The complex provides pool table, mini golf, children's playground, table football and an air soccer table adjacent to the bar. There is a 24 hour reception and well stocked on site shop.

The delightful, modern and recently built complex of Granada Park is situated at the eastern end of Las Americas Golf Course on the outskirts of Los Cristianos. Los Cristianos is a wonderful area to stay and is an ideal destination for families and couples of all ages, who appreciate the all year round climate rarely dropping below 70F. The centre of Los Cristianos is approx 15mins walk away where you will find a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. From the sea front you can stroll along the 5km beach-front Geranium Walk Promenade to the resorts of Las Americas, Fanabe, Costa Adeje and Del Duque. The area also benefits from the Aqualand and Loro Park sea life, bird and animal parks and is also only 1km away from Siam Park - 'Europe newest and largest water park' giving you plenty of choice for fun family days out. For the golfers out there the club house of Las Americas 18 hole par 72 golf course is approximately a 10 minute walk away.

Notes: The apartment is fitted with ceiling fans to circulate a cooling breeze throughout the apartment. There are flat screen TV's in each of the bedrooms both with built in DVD players and we have even provided a great selection of films for you to watch. The TV's also receive english speaking channels for keeping up with news at home or you fancy just putting your feet up. The apartment is situated on the first floor and the complex has lifts available for guests with mobility issues. There is a cot available for the use of guests and should this be required please mention when booking.

Fantastic Holiday Apartment

We stayed at this apartment in the school summer holidays with our eleven year old. It has a great location being just 10-15 minutes walk from the new Siam Park which we had to visit twice as once is just not enough! The apartment is spotlessly clean and very spacious with excellent facilities. The balcony is huge with two loungers, two lounger chairs and a six seater table - perfect for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine or two. The complex itself is very well run and clean. My son soon made friends with several children as the complex was quite busy with several nationalities. The location is set back from the sea front which we see as a bonus as there is no noisy bars to contend with if you want an early night! However, bars are only a ten minute walk away or there's a taxi rank directly outside. All in all this apartment is perfect for a relaxing/energetic holiday and we will definitely be visiting again soon.

Fantastic Holidays

I have stayed at this apartment many times now, for both family holidays with my wife and for holidays with the boys. The apartment is spotless with all the facilities as described so it's easy to eat in if you so choose, or to eat on the complex at the poolside bar or the restaurant, the food is great at either. We tend to eat out as Los Cristianos and Las Americas are within easy walking distance (although we tend to take taxi's back to the apartment) and I have found lots of local bars and restaurants. The nice thing is that if you want English bars and entertainment they're there for the asking, but if you prefer a Spanish feel to your holiday there are lots of friendly Spanish bars and tapas restaurants too. I recommend this apartment to all my friends and intend to return there as often as I can.

10 Days in Los Cristianos

As a family of 4 this was our first trip to Tenerife and were very pleased at how close to the airport the apartment was making for a quick and easy drive. Though the airport is so close (15 mins) there is absoloutly no noise from the airport.
The apartment was clean, modern, well equipped and quickly felt like home.
The complex had a nice mix of nationallities and my two children (11 and 15) soon made friends either in the pool or at the pool tables. The complex offers entertainment each evening ranging from singers, dancers, magicians and much more.
There is a free bus service from Granada Park to Los Cristianos and plenty of taxis outside. However we hired a car and explored the whole island.
I would return to this apartment and would recommend this property to a friend.

The apartment was lovely and as described. It was spacious, light and airy. The balcony was large and had lovely views over the pools. The general complex was very nice too, very clean and safe for children.

We were not so impressed with Los Cristianos itself as it is not a very attractive town. Having said that if you hire a car there is lots to see in Tenerife.

quality of apartment

it was a very good stay with good facillities. We found the aparment a bit too small but we had 6 people staying. It would be a great size for 4 people. We found the washing machine very helpful for cleaning our sandy clothes. There are very good local shops which we found very useful as we did not hire a car. The taxi service was brilliant and cheap. The bedrooms were very spacious with loads of storage space. There are two quality bathrooms both with showers which made sharing between 6 people very easy. There wasn't a lot of space to store food but we managed to store enough food for 6 people for 5 days. The only thing you have to worry about is whether you are up early enough to get a sunbed by the pool. The owners have taken very good care of this apartment and keep it clean and in amasing condition. We would love to stay there again but maybe with two less people.
