Notes to the rental rates

• The rates are for 3 people.
  Reservation deposit is 200 euros. On arrival it is required a deposit for breakages of 150 Euros refunded upon departure.
  The rates are all inclusive except for the final cleaning, 80 euros.
  Inquiries to host up to 4 people might be considered.
  The minimum stay is 4 nights.
  
• CANCELLATION POLICY
  In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior the date of arrival, 30% of the reservation deposit is reimbursed.
  If cancellation is 29 days or less prior the date of arrival, the reservation deposit is not reimbursed.
  Should the owner of the property cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the reservation deposit will be fully reimbursed.

Very safe area, very short walk across scenic bridge into the bustling heart of Florence. Taxi and bus service is also nearby. Alessandra is very helpful, prompt and speaks English very well. The apartment was roomy for us (3/4)with two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, entry, living area with telephone, PC with DSL internet, TV and DVD player, jet-tub (small shower), master bedroom. So much, much better than a hotel room! I would just like to say that we really enjoyed our holiday, and found your apartment to be very quiet and relaxing, and also very well equipped. Also many thanks for the bottle of wine you left in the fridge - it was very welcome after a long journey! Sarah and Dan Rogers.
