Notes to the rental rates

• Please note that a deposit (25% of total cost). Is required before a booking can be confirmed, unfortunately it is not refundable if your booking is cancelled. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
  SECURITY DEPOSIT
  We do ask for a security deposit cheque of £150 to be paid with the final balance. This amount will be posted back to you when you return from your holiday once the property has been checked for breakage’s and damage. We would ask you to report any small breakages and replace them if possible.
  
• We do provide indoor towels and bed linen, but you will need to take your own pool/beach towels.
  There is no cleaning included in this price, we can provide a clean at the end of each week if required.

Currently the only course on the island of Lanzarote, Costa Teguise Golf represents a dream come true for many golfers, with the warm sub-tropical climate allowing you to play at any time of the year. Situated on the edge of the resort of Costa Teguise this course has easy access to hotels and restaurants as well as the beach, ocean and local cultural attractions for when you’re not actually playing. While the mass of green is not at all what you expect from Lanzarote’s lunar landscape, it fits in surprisingly well, offering views of the ocean and volcanoes at almost every hole.
