Stairs to 1st floor to 3 double bedrooms. One with en suite facilities, 2 with twin beds, there is also a 1st floor shower room and toilet. The master bedroom leads onto a private terrace offering superb views of the golf course. All rooms benefit from modern furniture, marble floors and air conditioning, a superb property. La Cala is located on the Mijas Costa between the popular resorts of Fueingirola and Marbella. A regular bus service links to the rail network making travel easy without a car. The superb blue flag sandy beach only 10 mins walk away in La Cala. The La Cala market (held Wed and Sat) and town only 5 mins walk. The centre is fully self sufficient with various restaurants (Indian, Chinese, Italian), wine bars, shops , money exchange, banks and a Supersol supermarket. The nearby night life and attractions of Fueingirola and Marbella are within a 10 min taxi ride, Puerto Banus and Gibralta bit further down the coast. Many golf courses within driving distance and the new 9 hole La Noria course across the road, only 2 minutes walk to the clubhouse for a drink and a snack. In February and March you could be sat in the sun and in less than a 2 hrs drive be skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Notes: The apartment is strictly NON smoking inside. AND IS NOT AVAILABLE TO SINGLES GROUPS.... There are a few steps leading to the house therefore not easy access for wheelchair although when inside having a first floor bathroom and bedroom makes it usable with assistance by elderly or infirm people. The air conditioning is hot and cold for those who feel the cold early or late season. There is sunshine on the terraces from morning til night on a sunny day with plenty of shade if needed. Watch the sunset from the upstairs terrace.

LOCAL GOLF COURSES: Many first class golf courses are within easy reach of the property. Miraflores just down the road, La Cala Golf 2km up the hill and across the road from the property is the new 9 hole La Noria Golf course with the club house 2 mins walk down the road for you to have a drink or a snack. CUSTOMER COMMENT Hi Val and Graham, We had a lovely time in your Villa - absolutely lovely home you have. We thought the location was excellent, but wish we had more time there..!! We took the sheets off all the beds to help Cathy and collated the towels for her and left in a pile downstairs, and Simon washed down all the terraces too with the hose pipe. I will send the keys back to you today, and also would like you to quote for next year around the same dates, but for 10 days....flying out on the Monday, and returning on the Friday flight the week after. Thank you so much once again.............we had a great time. Best Wishes, Lorraine and family and friends.

SKI ING SIERRA NEVADA: Ski area approx 2 hours drive La Cala Mijas

LOCAL MARKET : La Cala market held on Wed and Sat just a 5 min walk down the road. The Wed is clothes shoes sunglasses etc and the sat market is a treasure of every fresh fruit veg nuts and plants you could desire.
