La Torre 5 Golf resort is a few kilometres inland from the fantastic Mar Menor inland sea. The nearest seaside town is just a short distance by car and has good safe blue flag beaches shops and specialty fish restaurants.
Both cities of Cartagena and Murcia are worth a visit for shopping and site seeing. All the major shopping food and department stores can be found in these cities.
Finally the city of Alicante must be mentioned, only 1 hour drive away and boasts a lovely harbour and has a great selection of restaurants and should not be missed.
The town of Los Alcazares is a very short drive away from La Torre. A trip to the La Manga beaches is a nice day out and the beaches are clean and safe. For young and old alike.
Spain in one of the top destinations for a sunshine holiday breaks in winter or summer. Average temperature for this region of Spain is 22C, with very little annual rainfall.

When planning your vacation with us in the Costa Cálida area, the airport of Murcia San Javier would be the ideal arrival and departure destination.
The nearest airport is San Javier which is approx 15 minutes away from La Torre Golf Resort. Alicante Airport is approx 60 minutes by car.
We can arrange for airport taxi pickup and drop off at either airport.
If you are unable to fly to Murcia then you might want too consider Alicante Airport with many more international connections especially during the summer months.

There are various Car rental companies at Murcia & Alicante Airport, which offer all types of vehicles at competitive prices and that can be booked online.
