Excellently located ground floor 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, self catering apartment with large terrace, private sunny solarium, patio area, underground private parking and automated phone entry. With sea, harbour and mountain views. 30 second walk to beach and harbour. Villaricos is a traditional Spanish fishing village and is home to many fine seafood restaurants. It is known for its crystal clear waters and fabulous diving. It also has traditional Spainish bars and restaurants. Supermarkets, church, cafes, ice cream parlours, markets just few minutes walk from aprtment. Short drive to to larger towns of Vera (Vera Aqua Park) 5 minutes away, Gurrucha, Cuevas, Los Lobos, Aquilas and Mojacar. Even skiing is possible with Sierra Nevada mountain region 2 hours drive away! Villaricos is 15 minutes from 2 Championship Golf Resorts, at Desert Springs and Valle Del Este.
