Pretty house set in 1½ acres of private, park-like gardens surrounded by woodland. Situated in the middle of the Bergerac, Perigueux, Sarlat triangle and surrounded by pretty towns and villages with excellent markets, shops and restaurants. La Vallee Boisee is located in the small hamlet of Le Bos in the commune of Pezuls, close to the market town of Sainte Alvere, within the Perigueux-Bergerac-Sarlat triangle. With picturesque views over the valley, our villa is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. It is ideally located for exploring the sites and enjoying the recreation and gastronomies of the Dordogne department. The house is set in park-like gardens of some 1½ acres which include a 12m X 6m swimming pool with large terrace. Close to the house is an additional terrace with furniture and a barbecue for dining alfresco. La Vallee Boisee is very well situated for outdoor activities. The village of Tremolat offers a number of outdoor activities including canoeing, tennis, mini-golf, bicycle hire and horse riding. Approximately twenty minutes from the house is the pretty village of Limeuil at the confluence of the rivers Dordogne and Vezere. Canoe hire is also available from Limeuil.
