Cosy studio right smack in the centre of Paris, mins from central metro station, Les Halles - dir. line from both airports on metro, savins of 50-80 EUR taxi fare each way!). A perfect place to stay when you come visit Paris because its located right off of the pedestrian street “rue Montorgueil” (Queen Elisabeth's preferred stop on her last visit to Paris!). This street is filled with cafes, restaurants & traditional French bistros, 3 supermarkets, scrumptious bakeries, fish/butcher/fruit/cheese stands… you’ll be plunged into the REAL Parisian experience! Fully equipped w/ everything you need for a pleasant stay: nicely decorated w/ 2 comfortable fold-out couches (sleep 4 people), fully equipped kitchen, , clean bathroom & toilet, linens, TV+DVD, free wifi internet access.. Bike rentals close by so you can visit Paris on bike (the best way to do it!), walking distance to the Seine, Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Marais. In the heart of the garment district so you can shop wholesale!

VERY CENTRAL : Second district of Paris 75002 right off of rue Montorgueil (famous pedestrian street filled with cafes, restaurants, bars). 5 min walk to Les Halles, the heart of Paris with huge underground shopping centre, 24 screen cinema, and the central metro station (easily accessible from both airports, AND one stop away from the Gare du Nord -Eurostar- station. 5 min walk to St. Eustache (church with highest vaulted ceilings in Europe), the Marais (hip & chic neighborhood).10 min walk to the Seine river, batobus (tour boat on the Seine),15 min walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Place des Vosges.   • * reservation - if you are interested and you would like me to hold the apartment for you for the days you mention below, I will need a non-refundable reservation deposit of 50% the total amount as soon as possible. Understand that as long as I don't have the reservation money, the apartment is open to other clients; and once you make the deposit and block the dates, it is non-refundable (unless you give me enough notice and I can rent the apartment again for the dates you blocked). You can transfer the money by bank transfer, all bank charges at your expense. If you decide you want to rent from me, please confirm by sending me an email with your full name (this HAS to be the same name that will appear on the bank transfer for the reservation deposit) and I will send you my bank transfer information.
  • * deposit - when you arrive, you will have to give me a copy of your passport, a postal check or cash (no personal checks) for 500€ as a security deposit on the apartment. I will hold your deposit give it back to you when you check out if nothing has been broken or damaged and the apartment is left clean, as it was when you came in.
  • * check-in/check-out - You will be able to check-in after 2pm on the day of your arrival , and must check out between 8am - 12pm on the last day of your stay. If your arrival/departure times are outside of the times mentioned above, let me know so that we can discuss how to work it out BEFORE you make your deposit.
