We stayed here in August 2009 and confirm previous reviews. Owner was most helpful in answering questions and arrival was a breeze.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and modern. It is very convenient for the beach, is in a quiet location and has nearby restaurants and supermarket. Walk to the town strolling is about 40 minutes.

Pool was clean and like previous comments, lack of sun loungers was a shame. We also met the grumpy residents! We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

We stayed at this apartment July-Aug 2009. We were a little anxious when booking the apartment over whether or not it would be large/suitable enough for 2 familes to share, however upon entering this apartment we could see straight away that this exceeded our expectations.
This modern apartment is so clean, light & airy and not to mention so well equipped. With it's 3 double sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped fitted kitchen with large fridge freezer & fully air-con throughout. Apartment is set in a quiet residential area which suited us having children so that they can sleep in the evenings away from the hustle & bustle of the beautiful town....yet this apartment is just a stroll to the end of the street approx 150m to the beach & some really good restaurants. The apartment block and all around the pool area was cleaned thoroughly & regular. There is even a private roof terrace to this apartment with water & electricity & four relaxing chairs up there & even a BBQ...great for a spot of privacy. Within the apartment there is a useful utility room equipped with automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, rubbing board, ironing board & iron. The only letdown to this apartment is that it only has chairs…it has no sun loungers by the pool & desperately needs some! Also another thing to mention…the permanent residents in the block can be quite grumpy at the tourists staying there…quite a few other people (friends we made) staying In the neighbouring apartments said the same about the permanent residents!
We strongly recommend this apartment to all and would definitely use it again ourselves, the owner of the apartment was friendly & helpful…thank you for making our holiday special with your lovely apartment.

We rented this apartment in the summer of 2007. Upon entering the apartment it definitely had the ‘wow’ factor; completely breathtaking. The apartment has everything you need for a luxurious holiday: Spacious, excellent facilities, bright, clean & very close to the beach which is less than a one minute walk away. There is also a Spar shop very near the apartment for everything you need upon arrival. As I had never visited the area before the owner was on hand to offer plenty of advice prior to our trip. I would definitely recommend this apartment to couples & families alike. Puerto Pollensa is an excellent loaction for a holiday. I would most definitely return
