TODAY IS 20c (16/10) Spacious bright lovely apartment located on Boulevard de la Plage. The apartment has the benefit of 2 large terraces 24m and is set in a private, quiet, secure luxury complex with a lovely large pool and gardens. There is a private entrance to the Cagnes beach. Free use of high speed internet or wifi. The lovely apartment with climate control is on the 2nd Floor with lift access. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both with quality beds. The bedrooms lead onto one of the terraces. The open plan living area has marble flooring leading onto a south west terrace which has a teak table with 6 chairs. Fully equipped new kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer. Fr flat screen TV with cable and UK and European channels, DVD, Hi Fi. The 2 balconies are fitted with electric window blinds. Videophone entry and private secure underground car park for one car. Travel cot and high chair available on request. A comfortable residence for an enjoyable holiday

Cagnes sur mer on the spectacular Cote d` Azur has a fabulous location for the French Riviera. This picturesque seaside town is located between Antibes (10km) and Nice (12km). Cannes, Monaco, St Paul de Vence are all within easy access too. If you are not using a car the railway station `Cros de Cagnes` is a mere 5 minute walk, a great base to explore the whole Riviera and Southern France. The charming, relaxed Cagnes is located conveniently close to Nice airport, which makes getting to to your holiday destination nicer than a long drive post landing. Cagnes never gets over crowded and there is a beautiful 2 mile long palm tree lined, seafront promenade - great for those seaside strolls or for the more energetic a cycle or roller blade.     Rental changeover is usually Friday or Saturday, there is flexibility please ask.
    A deposit of GBP 500.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
    The local agent will deal with the refundable breakage deposit . In addition to the rent advertised a local payment of 200 Euros payable directly to the agent .
    Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cheques may be paid in English pounds or Euro equivalent.
  • You will be met by my local agent whom will meet you and assist you in locating the apartment and settle in to enjoy your holidays.Also chiling in the fridge for you is a bottle champagne, fridge perishables to get you started on your holiday.The local manager also deals with the reundable damage deposit which is euros 500.

Cros de Cagnes has an old port which is still used solely by fishermen which lends to great seafood restaurants in the area. Antibes, Cannes and Monaco nearby to check out the super yacht marinas. Cagnes never gets over crowded. Haut de Cagnes is the old medieval village of Cagnes which is steeped in Grimaldi history.

I flew into Nice and got my first lovely surprise, I jumped on the bus at the airport, paid only €1 fair, only had to travel 5 stops, about 10 mins, got off the bus and had about a 2 minute walk to the apartment. The apartment is lovely, bright with two separate balconies and well furnished. I also enjoyed some quiet time at the pool. It was a short walk to the trains, shops, very nice and affordable restaurants, a lovel board walk with plenty of room for rollerblading and a beautiful beach.
I was sorry I had only booked three days off work.

I stayed here with friends for a long weekend and it was so comfortable and relaxing. It's not grand or over the top just a great location with a spacious living space and a large balcony. Walking distance to the local shops for fresh croissants in the morning and 2 mins to the beach. Loved it!

Just returned from a 10 day vacation in South of France. Stayed in this wonderful apartment located in Cagnes-Sur-Mer, only 10 mins from the Airport and you are transported to this fantastic location. This spacious apartment within private grounds is beautiful, very bright and immaculately clean, has a large balcony to enjoy alfresco dining with friends or just relax in the sunshine. Everything felt incredibly easy, 5 mins walk to the beach and great stretch of promenade, fantastic if like me you want to take long walks, run or roller blade. Or I found myself just lounging by the beautiful private pool within the grounds. I thought it was a great location for travelling into other nearby towns, Nice, Antibe, Cannes, Monte Carlo.....and the historic old town of Haute de Cagne. I found all the local amenities within a few minutes walk and some great restaurants. Thanks for making this a very enjoyable stay, I return to the French Riveria year after year and will definaitely be back

My partner and I were very impressed with the high standard of cleanliness, linens and relaxing interior. comfortable nights sleep and large bathroom .Great kitchen to cook in with fresh produce from markets 5 minutes walk into the old fishing village.where you can drink a glass of pastis with the locals who are very hospitable.Then returning through security gates with codes made us feel very secure with ourselves and our belongings.sunny terrace overlooking the manicured gardens.thanks for a great holiday.
