Borgo a Mozzano holiday villa

Villa was really lovely - plenty of space for the six of us (all had beds, no sofa/pull out beds).
Off the beaten track, but still only a 20 minute drive into Lucca, which has great restaurants, shops etc.
We also found a lovely Pizzeria within 5/10 mins where we ate several times in a nice outdoor garden.
Salt water pool was fantastic. None of that horrible Chlorine taste or smell.
We also bbq'd a couple of nights at the villa instead of having to drive.
Pictures on the site don't do it justice - Guy and Hermine should put on new photos, and is really is more lovely than the pictures show.
Only thing which would have been really usefull was maps, places to go/of interest, recommended restaurants, where the supermarkets were located etc etc. We didn't have that information and we spent some time driving around trying to find those places.
We also drove to Viaraggio beach (about 40mins drive). Fantastic - but don't go to the expensive private parts, towards the end there is a much cheaper (still private) section or right next door is the public section. We opted for the private one because they had a small restaurant and also showers on the beach which were great if you have children before you go back into the car!
We had a lovely week (2 adults, 3 children, age 10, 8, 6, niece age 15 and Granny!
