Relax at the end of the long, hectic days at the theme parks or on the golf course. Unwind in the heated pool overlooking pretty woods alive with birdsong and get a good nights sleep ready for the next day of fun and things to do. Located in a quiet part of Indian Point, a well established residential community based around a lake, with tennis court and children's play area. Backed by a wooded conservation area, which ensures that you are not overlooked from the rear. Night-times are quiet - very little neighbourhood traffic unlike many villas in the “Disney Area” which are close to busy roads and so there is constant drone of traffic day and night.

LOCATION: very conveniently placed for the attractions, restaurants, shops and entertainments. You will find many on the 192 - just 5 minutes drive from the villa. Disney is only 15 minutes away and the Orlando parks (Seaworld, Islands of Adventure, Wet n Wild and MGM) are less than 30 minutes away. Wal-mart is just 5 minutes away, 24 hours a day, 364 days a year. Many major shopping Malls, designer outlets golf courses etc all within 20-30 minutes. Indeed, most of what you need locally is all within 30 minutes drive of the villa. Beware, many other villa communities, albeit 20 minutes from Disney are beside major roads way out of Kissimmee where there are only villas, petrol stations and supermarkets. A quick route from the villa to the I4 to Tampa (Busch Gardens) avoids the heavy traffic which can build up on the main routes out of the Disney Area. The Space Coast is just 40-50 minutes away east along the 192, also avoiding heavy early morning traffic and avoiding toll roads.

A credit card number is also required to secure your booking and we prefer the security deposit to be paid by a debit or a credit card which has an expiry date at least three weeks after the end of your holiday (to enable easy refunds to you card).

The spacious immaculate kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and an electric kettle and plenty of pots pans and utensils for 8 people. There is a large capacity washer and drier in the utility room, plus iron and ironing board. The fully furnished living room has a double and two twin soft leather sofas and includes a 28 inch TV, DVD player and Music Centre. Pool Area: The pool is within a screened area and can be heated if required – not normally necessary April – October. There is also a large covered area providing shade, featuring table and chairs and 2 sun loungers also within the screened area. Enjoy lazy days and warm evenings by the pool or under the covered area, which can be lit at night, without being bothered by bugs.

Getting there: If you’ve been to Florida before you may know the routine – driving away from the airport, sitting in queues for an hour or more, driving 20 or 30 miles out of your way to get keys and arriving at the villa tired and frustrated, FEAR NOT. Tranquility Villa guests arriving at Orlando International Airport are directed by a 20-30 minute route to the villa by a back road which avoids the toll roads, the motorway and most of the likely congestion points. The management company (which is local, and available for necessary call out 24 hours a day) leaves the keys at a 24 hour pick up in Indian Point. So once you’ve picked up your hire car you know that, within about 30 minutes, you can be relaxing in comfort in your air-conditioned holiday home. Of course, if you want to grab some provisions before you arrive, or soon after, you don’t have to worry about arrival times and shop closing times. Wal-mart is there just 5 minutes from the Villa, 24 hours a day, every day (excl 24/12)
