Cantabria-(Pechon). A beautiful home, fully equipped, with all you need for a comfortable stay such as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, television, DVD, stereo system, 8 seated dining set, large garden with barbeque. Pechon has been published in many magazines and news documents as one of those special and exclusive places in Spain that must be visited. Pechon is situated between two rivers and has three lovely beaches. The peaks of Europe (Fuente De) is 64 kilometers, San Vicente 8 kilometers, Llanes 20 Kilometers, and very close, other beautiful towns such as Comillas, Colombres, Santillana del Mar, Ribadesella. If you like visiting caves there are several of the important ones such as Altamira, Tito bustillo and the recently opened and very beautiful (Soplao). During the Summer months there is also an important amount of cultural events in all of Cantabria and Asturias (considering Pechon is the last town of Cantabria and on the border line of Asturias). Welcome to Pechon!!

Pechon is a great spot for a family and very close to the beach. The neighbourhood is very quiet and it is a good place to relax and enjoy summer without the usual crowd.

Loved it!! Beautiful home and beautifully decorated. Had everything I needed in the home, even a clothes dryer. The location was absolutely beautiful. Nice peaceful town with friendly people (so are the owners). I highly recomend the home and the town!!

My vacation in Pechon

I've been in several places throughout Europe in the past few years and I can honestly say that this is one of the nicest. The home was in perfect condition and very complete. The town was an absolutely lovely place surrounded by two rivers and beautiful beaches. My children are young so for me the home was just right considering it was on a dead end street and was nice and peaceful. The owners took extra care to let us know all places of interest. I've traveled a lot and can honestly say that few homes have reunited the conditions of this home and I've never been received with champaign, chocolates and a C.D. of the town and it's surroundings. Do I recomend the home? Is there any doubt?
Thank you for making my vacation unforgetable, I will be back!! Augustine

Pechon Costa Verde

We found the area very agreable, the village of Pechon, and the small resort of St Vincente De La Banquera, exellent. The property was clean and well equiped. It is well situated near the sea. The village has a wonderfull selection of cafe's and restaurants, all within walking distance. The saturday morning market and atmosphere in St Vincente is recomended. We felt it a disadvantage that the garden looses the sun in the evenings, restricting the use of the BBQ to lunchtimes, or afternoons. We found some of the neighbours a little noisey. The overall experience was good, and we will visit the area again.
Owner's Response: It was a pleasure having you as a client and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. We are sorry that there were some noisy neighbors but it was because some of the homes around ours also rent their homes like you did and as I'm sure you understand that's somthing that we can't control. Not everyone has the same consideration for other neighbors and I guess that is the result. Once again we're sorry but thank you for your possitive opinion of our home and our town. We will be pleased to have you back whenever you decide to return.
