This superbly appointed apartment is situated in Victoria Court 1 - a very popular and well-run complex. The accommodation is well laid out with a separate bedroom, bathroom and American-style kitchen / lounge which then opens onto the terrace with views to the sea and sunsets! The double bedroom is a good size providing fitted wardrobes with plenty of space and a security safe. A recently refurbished bathroom comes with a bath, shower and built in sink unit. This modern kitchen is well equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and so on. The lounge is well appointed with comfortable sofa's, chairs, coffee table and tasteful decor. There is the additional bonus of being able to watch UK TV - BBC1, BBC2, ITV.... all from the push of a button. The large terrace is equipped with two sunbeds plus table and chairs for that all important alfresco dining experience. Once you've been to Victoria Court 1 you will want to come back year after year.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rates quoted above are based on 7 nights with 2 people sharing. There is an additional charge of £30 per week for each additional person up to a maximum of 4 people sharing. Children under 2 not requiring a bed come free ~ If you would like to hire a cot and highchair you can do so for £12/week per item.

    We take bookings on any day of the week and for any length of time. For more than 7 nights then the price is pro-rata. Please note that for bookings of less than 7 nights separate prices will apply.

    A non-refundable deposit of £75 per week is payable at the time of booking and full payment is due 12 weeks before your holiday is due to start.

    You have access to the apartment by 4pm on your day of arrival, and you need to be out of the apartment by 10am on your day of departure. If we have your flight times we will make every effort to get you in as soon as you arrive and make late stay arrangements where possible.

  • The separate bathroom has recently been refurbish and includes a bath in addition to showering facilities. A large sink unit and mirror is also provided with cupboards for storage.

  • The bedroom sleeps a maximum of 2 people in two single beds. (If you need to use a cot it will fit into the bedroom). Built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets are provided as well as a security safe. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people with a sofa bed provided in the lounge. All linen and towels are changed weekly as standard. A towel change can be done mid-week for a small fee. We recommend that you bring your towels for the beach / pool. Also provided is a: hairdryer, iron & ironing board.

Notes: One of the apartments greatest attractions is the south-facing terrace with views to the sea and La Gomera. A table and chairs are provided for outside dining. Having a South facing balcony means that you get the sun from mid-morning / midday to sunset. Alternatively you may wish to lounge by the pool on a sunbed where there is usually a lifeguard during school holidays. There is a poolside bar which does food and drink as well as a take-away option. Close by (1~2 minute walk) some very smart bars and restaurants have opened up giving you plenty of choice, all within a stones throw away.

Local Amenities: ~ Everything that you need to enjoy your holiday is less than a 2 minute walk away ~ supermarkets, restaurants, bars, car hire, excursions and the buses. The town centre and main beaches are only a 10-15 minute walk away. Please note a car is not necessary. There is a heated pool on-site, which usually has a lifeguard during the school holidays. Also onsite is a poolside bar which serves food and drink all day.

Activities: ~ There is plenty to do on Tenerife whether your an adult or a child. Local activities include all the water sports such as: surfing, diving, water-skiing, fishing and parascending. Land activities include: golf, walking, cycling, paragliding, horse riding, tennis, bowls, go-karting and quad biking. The excursion list is extensive ~ from the Loro Park in the North to a submarine adventure in the south. Evening entertainment is also well catered for with around six shows to choose from.

Golf: ~ Calling all golf enthusiasts! Within a 10 to 15 minute drive from your apartment there are five 18 hole golf courses to choose from ~ the nearest is only 1 mile away. If you are new to the game or don't fancy the full 18 holes there is a 9 hole, par 3 golf course just a five minute drive away. With the warm winter climate you can enjoy year round golf in your shorts! All the courses are certainly challenging and well maintained ~ affording stunning views of the island. Our family really enjoyed our stay at victoria court,the apartment was brilliant especially as it was right next to the pool and no stairs,the kids thought it was great.

I would highly recommend this complex.

i had a lovely 4 weeks at Victoria court 1 and did find people there were very helpfulmy apartment was very basic and if i went back would not pick that one again, ok for stay a week but any longer, you felt you were not getting what you paid for, but apart from that the whole complex was good and very clean, i want to say thanks to fred who was very helpful to us and made us feel very welcome, he had his 65 birthday and did not look a day over 50

so keep the good work up all you owners and keep making agood holiday for us all from josie and austin
