This stylishly decorated apartment is only 150 metres from one of the loveliest bays in the Med. It is close to the famous Hotel Illa D'or and pretty Pine Walk.. Restaurants and bars are within an easy stroll. A high proportion of our guests rebook. The huge private roof terrace has views across the roof tops to the sea and mountains. The terrace has a barbecue, shower, sun beds, pergola and tables and chairs. The apartments share an attractive swimming pool (with children's section) set amongst pretty communal lawns. The tasteful lounge/diner leads on to the sunny balcony with retractable blind and pool views . There is satellite TV, videos and a CD player. The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Accommodation comprises a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a contemporary shower room, a twin bedded room and a third bedroom with bunk beds. A safe, toy box, games, books, baby listener, travel cot and high chair are all provided.

About 45 minutes drive from Palma, in the north of Mallorca lies the picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa. The town retains the charm and character of the small fishing village that it once was. There is a wealth of pleasant bars, cafes, restaurants and shops and a long sandy beach with a promenade leading to the centre of the resort. For boating enthusiasts there is a swish marina with a smart restaurant, open to holiday makers. The apartment is in the Bellresguard area, very close to the Pine Walk. The charming old town of Pollensa is a ten minute drive from the apartment. With its wonderful old churches, medieval buildings, quaint back streets and colourful markets, the town is certainly worth a visit. For those wishing to explore the island there is Palma's gothic cathedral and also the beautiful hillside towns of Valldemosa and Deia. Visit Soller and take the train through the orange groves or stop for lunch in a quaint Mallorcan village. There is so much to see!

    Between April and the end of September a 25% per week deposit is required. At other times £100 per week deposit required

    A £100 returnable security deposit (subject to deductions for lost keys, breakages and excessive cleaning) required on receipt of balance. The security deposit is returned within 15 days of end of holiday.

    The final balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday.

Huge private roof terrace.

We had a 3 day break to Olivia in May, The apartment is fantastic, fully equipped with everything you could need.

We just couldn't get over the size of the roof terrace' the photos just don't do it justice. Using the barbeque (large, in-built) is a must, what a way to spend the evening with beautiful views over the sea and mountains and not one mozzi bite!

The rest of the apartments were very quiet and we had the pool to ourselves. The beach, beautiful restaurants, bars and the lovely pine walk really is just a 2 minute walk (the touristy pubs thankfully 10 minutes away).

I can't beleive how much nicer this side of the island is and would definately recomend this apartment (though not to too many as we would like to re-book!)

The owners were great providing fantastic comunication, easy key collection and and a british bank account to pay into (so you dont get stung by the strong euro).

Great apartment in great location

We had a super holiday here. The apartment is everything the description said it would be and more - spotless, very well equipped, fab roof terrace with a shower & BBQ and 2 minutes walk from the beach and Pine Walk. Loved by all in our party, from the 6 yr old to his grandad! Well equipped with books, toys and videos too.
The management company in Puerto Pollensa were also very helpful when we needed advice about a hospital visit.
Hope to go again and would highly recommend the apartment.

This apartment gave us everything we wanted. It was located a couple of minutes from the beach, set in its own lovely location. We were very pleased with the apartment and had excellent customer services. We would love to go again and would'nt hesitate to use this apartment again.
