Located in the beautifully romantic village of Perast this newly renovated contemporary ground floor duplex apartment forms part of an old stone built Venetian house and is only 10m from the bay. Perast is the Jewel of Kotor Bay with jaw dropping scenery offering breathtaking views over the fjord. The apartment has two floors, is air conditioned and comprises a double bedroom with 5' bed & fitted wardrobes and views over the bay, a smaller bedroom with bunk beds & storage, large shower room & WC. Downstairs has a well equipped fitted kitchen opening onto a large dining room with seating for 6+. Lounge offers seating for up to 6 comfortably incorporating a large sofa bed, a Sony stereo/CD player. Another shower room & WC and separate utility area with reserve water tank for those hot summer months. The property itself is just 1min walk from the local shop. The village boasts many fine local bars & restaurants, post office, museum, church & there are 2 beachs, 1 either end of the village

  • 25% deposit required to confirm booking. Balance payable no later than 6 weeks before your holiday, except for late bookings whereby the full amount will payable prior to holiday start date.
    We accept payment in sterling and euros via cheque or bank transfer. 150 euro refundable damage deposit payable upon arrival to the meet and greet service. Details and directions will be emailed to you upon receipt of final payment. Help & Advice along with good rates can be given for car hire from Dubrovnik Airport. Property must be vacated by 12noon on the day of departure. You can access the property after 2.00pm on the day of arrival.

  • The bathrooms are fully fitted contemporary suites offering luxury showers. A large water storage tank and pressure pump have been installed into the apartment to cater for the hot summer months where it is widely known that water can be in short suppy. This will reduce the risk of holiday makers being without with out water.

What a wonderful surprise ,this village had all you could want on a holiday great restaurants good places to swim and not far from Kotor. The apartment was excellent well equiped and as it appeared on the website. The service from the agent was friendly and proffesional .Would recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Montenegro.

Would unreservedly recommend a stay at this lovely apartment in Perast. The apartment is very well furnished and has a fabulous location in the village of Perast which i feel is the best location in the Kotor Bay area if you want a relaxed place close to Kotor and other sights. My wife and I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay made even better by the owner's helpful communications and assistance in booking a rental car. Go to Montenegro, it is simply beautiful, still relatively untouched by large development (when compared to most European countries), has lots to see in a very compact space, lovely people and great food and wine. You won't be dissapointed. We spent a week in Perast followed by a week in Sveti Stefan further down the coast and had a really great holiday.
