Located in the beautifully romantic village of Perast this newly renovated contemporary ground floor duplex apartment forms part of an old stone built Venetian house and is only 10m from the bay. Perast is the Jewel of Kotor Bay with jaw dropping scenery offering breathtaking views over the fjord. The apartment has two floors, is air conditioned and comprises a double bedroom with 5' bed & fitted wardrobes and views over the bay, a smaller bedroom with bunk beds & storage, large shower room & WC. Downstairs has a well equipped fitted kitchen opening onto a large dining room with seating for 6+. Lounge offers seating for up to 6 comfortably incorporating a large sofa bed, a Sony stereo/CD player. Another shower room & WC and separate utility area with reserve water tank for those hot summer months. The property itself is just 1min walk from the local shop. The village boasts many fine local bars & restaurants, post office, museum, church & there are 2 beachs, 1 either end of the village

We accept payment in sterling and euros via cheque or bank transfer. 150 euro refundable damage deposit payable upon arrival to the meet and greet service. Details and directions will be emailed to you upon receipt of final payment. Help & Advice along with good rates can be given for car hire from Dubrovnik Airport. Property must be vacated by 12noon on the day of departure. You can access the property after 2.00pm on the day of arrival.
