This comfortable Holiday Home is situated in a popular area, within walking distance to the local amenities which include a Supermarket, Bars & Restaurants, Newsagents & Bakery and is only a short drive of 2 km from the Beaches of Moraira. The Property on offer for Holiday Rental is the Lower Level of a Private Villa. The accommodation includes use of Upper Terraces & Glazed Naya leading to the Private 8 x 3 Swimming Pool. and full accommodation facilities on the Lower Level including a comfortable Lounge leading to an Open Modern spacious Kitchen with Breakfast Bar. The Double Bedroom has an en-suite Shower and there is a further Twin Bedded Room and second family Shower Room. The Villa has extensive Private Low Maintenance Gardens with ample Terraces for Sun Bathing and a Private Drive with Carport Parking. The upper level will be un-occupied during the Peak Holiday Rental Period so Guests will have complete privacy and full use of the Private Pool during their stay.

Moraira and Javea: The Holiday Accommodation on offer is conveniently situated 2 km from the Beaches of Moraira and approx 8 km from Javea. Both Towns boast Beautiful Coastlines, spectacular Mountain ranges and relatively unspoilt and quiet ambience. Moraira lies in a Bay and is ideal for all year round visiting. It offers a wide variety of Shops and Historic Buildings and has an array of roadside Cafes, Bars and Restaurants along a brightly lit Promenade which is excellent for having a relaxing drink in the evenings. Javea has three main areas, the Historic Town with its white house fronts and cobbled streets, the traditional Fishing Port with its own Marina and the 'Arenal' the bustling heart with beautiful Sandy Beaches and a promenade of Shops, Bars and Restaurants facing the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Both Moraira and Javea offer a wide range of entertainment for all ages and each Town has a weekly Market.

Nearby Areas of Interest & Tourist Attractions: The Property is less than one hour away by Car from Benidorm which has many attractions for all ages including 'Mundomar' an Animal Water Park, 'Aqualandia' a themed Swimming Park and 'Terra Mitica' a large Fun Park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful picturesque historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar', other nearby Towns include Calpe with its well known 'Calpe Rock' jutting out of the Sea, Benissa, Teulada and Denia.

Nearby Golf Courses: The closest Golf courses are Club de Golf Ifach Moraira with 9 Holes or Club de Golf Javea again with 9 Holes. Approximately 15 km is the large modern Club de Golf La Sella between Javea and Denia with 18 Holes and a further 10 km is the famous Seve Ballesteros Club de Golf Oliva again with 18 Holes.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, would hope to return one day and would recommend it to others. It was clean and tidy, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. It is well situated and just a 10 minute walk from local shops and bars that provide all necessities - so although it could be argued that a car is not absolutely essential, we wouldn't have liked to be without one. We had no reason to contact the owner once we had arrived, which is a compliment to the onwner and the accommodation - everything was in order and working and information had been left regarding the local area to aid visitors in familiarising themselves with their temporary home.

Criticisms are relatively minor and more of a 'wish list' and preferences rather than being overly critical. 1. For the price paid, we expected better kitchen crockery, pans, cutlery/utensils etc - these were all rather 'tired' and could do with replacing. 2. We'd have liked the option (and would have paid for it) to be able to get more channels (sport and childrens channels) on the 'Sky' televisions provided rather than just 'Freeview'. 3. The 'Naya' being 'cut off' and separate from the accommodation isn't ideal. It would have been preferable to have been able to rent the 'upstairs' of the house on the same level as the 'Naya' and pool - but we appreciate this may have been considered and discounted as the 'upstairs' is part of the home the owner wished to keep private. 4. It didn't matter to us as both our children can swim, but the pool is 5ft deep at the shallow end so possibly not ideal for very young or non-swimming children.

On the whole though, our holiday was a completely positive experience and we had a great time. We liked the villa - it 'does what it says on the tin'! And we liked Moraira and the local area and would expect to return.
