Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental based on up to 4 guests staying in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. An additional £150 per week is charged for the use of the third bedroom if 5 or 6 guests are staying.
  • A non-refundable deposit of £250 will be required for the rental to be confirmed and we will also request a £100 security/damage deposit which will be fully refunded on your departure where applicable.
  • Bookings will be taken on a Saturday-Saturday basis during the winter. We may be able to be flexible during non-peak times.
