You are situated in the core of Seville, right next to the Art Museum and only 200m away from the Guadalquivir and commercial streets & at walking distance from the amusement park 'Isla Magica'. Ideal for a couple, you may also stay at five people for there are also two sofa beds in the lounge. You will enjoy controlled heating and also cool air system in the summer as well as multimedia (DVD home cinema, Satellite TV, phone, computer with internet) and full kitchen and bathroom equipment.

  • Minimum stay : 2 nights. Cleaning service is charged 35€ on top of the renting price. A security deposit of 450€ is also required and given back by cash or transfer or paypal. Booking is validated after payment of 30% of the total amount, the balance being paid the day you enter the flat.
