Enjoy your stay in Seville in a really nice and quiet atmosphere. The flat is of high standards and is isolated from the street with a view from the bedroom on a “patio” with a fountain & also has a private patio for you only. You are situated in the core of Seville, right next to the Art Museum and only 200m away from the Guadalquivir and commercial streets & at walking distance from the amusement park 'Isla Magica'. Ideal for a couple, you may also stay at five people for there are also two sofa beds in the lounge. You will enjoy controlled heating and also cool air system in the summer as well as multimedia (DVD home cinema, Satellite TV, phone, computer with internet) and full kitchen and bathroom equipment. Re the use of the patio, please note that as it is a private Palace, light goes off at 11pm and you must be quiet from that time onwards to respect the neighbours.

The flat is situated in the core of Seville and really close from the main chain store 'El Corte Ingles', near Plaza del Duque. It is really well equipped including ADSL connection, Phone, Home Cinema. You have a post office by the flat too. And you can actually walk to the amusement park 'Isla Magica' which is at only 15min walking distance. All the monuments and main attractions are from 5 to max 20min walking distance from the flat.

  • Minimum stay : 2 nights. A security deposit of 250€ is also required and given back by cash or transfer or paypal. Booking is validated after payment of 30% of the total amount, the balance being paid the day you enter the flat.

Nous sommes très contents de cet appartement très propre,très calme et très bien équipé.Sa situation en plein centre le rend très proche de toutes les commodités:grands magasins,restaurants,monuments,boutiques,parkings,cinémas,
musées.
L'accueil du propriétaire est particulièrement agréable:toujours prêt à donner de bons renseignements et à montrer les bonnes adresses.
Il peut vous prendre et vous reconduire à l'aéroport,ce qui est fort commode.
Nous recomenderons l'adresse à nos amis et nous y reviendrons pour un prochain séjour.

Appartement de classe,confortable,fonctionnel et bien entretenu, dans un quartier calme,à proximité de tous les centres d'intérêt visités à pieds.Excellent contact avec le propriétaire.Au bar proche de Sylvie vous rencontrerez la mémoire vivante des manifestations intéressantes de Séville.
