All our apartments have been renovated to the highest standard and include B&O TVs, DVD players, Free sat, fully equipped kitchens. Car parking and wireless internet is also included. A spacious Studio apartment with own entrance from the main house. There is a galley kitchen - all fully equipped, with a seperate shower room, bed/living room and toilet and sink area. Plenty of storage space and a large double bed which can be folded away if necessary.

We are moments from historic Hampton Court Palace. Enjoy a river trip down the Thames to Kingston, for wonderful restaurants and shopping. Or go to Richmond, with beautiful shops and a wonderful theater is only a 10 minute drive away. For the sporting enthusiasts we are also very close to Kempton park, Epsom and Sandown race track, Twickenham Rugby stadium and Wimbledon for the tennis. And still only 30 minutes to central London by train.

The property is well located and borders a beautiful park. I stayed in the studio unit which isn't pictured on the ads for the property because it isn't located inside the main house, it's in the basement.

I think it's interesting that in the marketing for the studio unit there is no photo and no mention of the basement location.

The owners live in one of the 3 units in the main section of the home which is quite lovely.

I am not overly sensitive to noise but the residence of the owners is directly over the studio. If they were up at 2 am I was up. If they were up at 5 am, I was up...there is almost no sound protection between their unit and the studio.

When I complained they told me I was the first person to complain about this issue; I found that surprising since it was a real problem. They did try to keep the noise down but with very small children they were up and down late and early and in the middle of the night.

A friend of mine rented the top unit and it was gorgeous, open, spacious and sunny and quiet.

There weren't any instructions for use of the washer, dryer or dishwasher in the units and they aren't easily understood if you are from the USA. Written instructions would be very helpful.

My advice is to rent one of the two posh units if you can afford them and you need quiet nights and take your soundproof earplugs if you stay in the studio.

The owners are very friendly and accomodating.

Lovely relaxing location

I spent a week here in May and have to say that it was a lovely location, looking on to Bushy Park and the deer grazing in the evenings. I would recommend this place - clean and well-maintained, all the mod cons and close to some nice tourist attractions. Lovely and considerate owner, providing a nice welcome breakfast and basic necessities also.
