The apartment is situated on the second floor with lift access and sleeps up to 4 people. The apartment comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 5 and a dining table and 5 chairs. This area leads onto a private balcony that overlooks the swimming pool. The balcony is furnished with a table and 6 chairs. The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishweasher, oven, grill, hob, toaster and kettle. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin) with fitted wardrobes. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment separated by the living room and kitchen. The master bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is a second bathroom with walk in shower. Off-road parking is provided. The complex has a large walk-in swimming pool with jacuzzi and childrens pool. There is second pool with jacuzzi that is heated in winter. The pool is surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds

This property is located just 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes for all of the local tourist attractions. it is set back just 200 meters from the seafront where there is a beautiful promenade taking you all the way down to the historic Paphos harbour where the waterfront is littered with shops, cafes and restaurants. There are national parks and 3 major golfing resorts just over 20 minutes drive. The property is surrounded by endless restaurants to suite all tastes and offers absolutely everything to a self catering holiday.

July 2008 - just returned from Paphos (Limnaria Gardens). The apartment was first class. Clean and modern. No safe deposit box though in the apartment or available anywhere on the complex. A must for any holiday securty no matter how safe the area may be. The apartment overlooked the pool and access was easy. The pool though lacked beds and shade. We had to use the sunbeds on the apartment balcony and carry them down every morning. Maybe the owners/management company need to look at this issue. Some holiday makers ended up buying their own beds to use around the pool. Building work on going and some days very noisy. Location though was ideal. Short walking distances to all shops and bars etc. Just a shame about the sunbeds and building work. The building work will probably be finished later this year but with more people around the pool the sun bed issue will be even worse. 8/10 from me.
