A newly-built two bedroom apartment, with two terraces and a small front garden. Sleeps up to 6 - double bedroom, second room with two single beds and sofa-bed in the living room. First floor of a small 9-apartment development in a traditional and quiet village setting. Suitable for couples and families looking for a traditional, tranquil location with easy access to local beach, port and town centre. Located in the hill-side village of San Lorenzo, near Budoni and less than 5 minute drive to the beach. We provide beach chairs and parasols for the guests to use on the beach. Fantastic

Only a short drive from Olbia airport this apartment is an ideal focal point for a fantastic holiday. We stayed with 2 friends and the 4 of us found the apartment clean, tidy, spacious, well equiped, nicely decorated and in a lovely quiet location. The beach is only a couple of minutes drive away and the views on the drive down can only be described as spectacular. The place has everything you need including a washing machine, which means we didn't have to overload on the suitcases! (If your travelling from the UK with Ryanair, be wary that you dont as they will charge for going the slightest bit over on your measly baggage allowance). As well as Budoni, San Teodoro and Posada have plenty of good places to eat. There are also a few excellent day trips within easy drive. The owners were very helpful, recommending places to go and the best places to eat. I would certainly recommend the apartment to family and friends, and in fact we are going back ourselves this year.

A clean,tidy apartment situated approximately five minutes drive from the beaches /shops of Budoni. The flat itself is fairly basic but has all the essential needs for a holiday in the sun. Positives were the air conditioning and washing machine. The local area has a pizza restaurant and supermarket (approx two/three minutes drive away). Budoni itself is fairly low key but did offer entertainment in terms of an open-air cinema, night market and a variety of restaurants / ice cream parlours. Olbia is about twenty-five minutes away in the car and is a small town built around a ferry port. Here are lots more individual shops and for those in need of a web fix an internet cafe. The beaches and sea were the highlight - white sand and crystal clear warm sea - a delight !

A lovely apartment

What a pretty and well set up apartment thank you. The village was very authentic, but the directions a little hard to follow (which added to the authentic effect). Really enjoyed the dishwasher, washing machine, air conditoning and balcony, - all in top condition. Loads of great beaches on offer as well. If only there was a view of the beach - but then it would be twice the price.
