Antibes is 900 m away from the beaches of Juan les Pins. The supermarket is 300 m away. Charming studio, south oriented, with a private entry and opening on a sunny terrace and a big garden. The owners live on the first floor. The studio has a separated and equipped kitchen, a living-room with a TV and a bed for 2 people, a shower room with WC. You can park the car inside the enclosed property. Also available in the garage is a washing machine and an iron board. A cot is also available.
