This apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard throughout, with splendid views of the island of La Gomera and the sea from the balcony which runs along the main lounge and double bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms, two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and a single bedroom with bunk beds, and cot if required. There is also a separate bathroom. The lounge/diner is comfortably furnished and includes a DVD and CD system. The kitchen is fully appointed with quality units and incorporates an oven, separate hob, fridge and freezer. There is a separate utility room which contains a washing machine and cleaning utensils. All linen and towels will be provided. There is a communal pool and sunbathing area with sunbeds and there is also a roof terrace above the apartment. The apartment is serviced by a lift and is suitable for the elderly as well as families with children. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach, bars, shops, restaurants, bus and taxi service.

Callao Salvaje has the most recorded hours of sunshine on the whole of Tenerife. It is just a short drive from the bright lights and fantastic beaches of Playa de Las Americas and the harbour town of Los Cristianos. It has supermarkets, bars and restaurants and offers a tranquil base if you want to be near the action, but not right in it. There are 3 hotels nearby which offer free evening entertainment for both adults and children. There is a small sandy/pebble beach. Numerous trips are available to places such as Mount Teide, boat trips to see whales and dolphins, Lora Park, Aqua Park, Eagle Park, visits to the local markets, lovely walks along the coast, golf courses nearby for the enthusiastic golfer, and diving clubs, all within easy reach of the village, something for everyone. In the nearby villages there are canarian restaurants for you to try the typical tasty local food and wines. Taxi and Bus services are available as well as an English speaking doctor.
