The Villa is situated in the quiet pretty coastal village of Penera and 1 of 10 similar properties sharing a pool. It is 5 minutes walk to, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Finished throughout in modern contemporary style, and fitted to a high standard and offers two bedrooms both with balconies, one double one twin with plenty of fitted wardrobes. master bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is zoned into sitting, dining and kitchen areas with a separate toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is fitted to a high standard with 4 ring hob, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave and other electrical appliances. The lounge has a double pull out sofa bed and modern contemporary leather furniture. TV/DVD PlayStation 2, stereo and a selection of DVDs. Ample work surfaces and storage space. Patio door leads onto a paved area with views of the pool. There are shower/toilet and changing facilities adjacent to the pool. Sun loungers and patio furniture seating 6, BBQ. Safe.Hair-dryer, Air Con.

Nearest Airport: Larnaca at 66 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 500.0 Metres

The property is in a quiet location close to a wonderful sandy beach. Local supermarket and restaurant and bar five minutes walk. Nightlife is not far away as the tourist resort of Pernera is less than 15 minutes walk. There you will find a selection of restaurants, Tavernas, shops and hotels offering varied entertainment. The town of Paralimni is also very close being a 5 minute drive away. A visit to Fig Tree Bay in Protaras is essential. The beach is beautiful with wonderful golden sand and deep blue sea. Ayia Napa is about a 15 minute drive with lots of bars restaurants and night clubs for those who crave a lively night life. Watersports close by. The Closest airport is Larnaca with a transfer time of less than 45 minutes.

  • Security deposit of £200.00 required on booking. Refundable within 2 weeks of return. Whilst cost of heating and air conditioning is included in the price please note that excessive use of these facilities will be taken out of the deposit as running costs are very expensive. We ask when you go out of the house to please turn off the air conditioning as it only takes a couple of minutes to cool the room once switched on again.

Spent a week in the villa which was really lovely. Had everything you could want and more! Beautifully decorated, all modern appliances, very clean and well maintained. Management of the property over there was great - someone to meet us on arrival and contact throughout the stay as required.

Location of the property is great within walking distance to beach, supermarkets and family run Tavernas. Slightly longer walk (15 - 20 minutes) to more restaurants and bars.

Communication with owner was excellent. Very friendly, prompt responses. Great recommendations on restauirants and lovely beaches to visit!

Would definitley recommend this property to friends and family planning a trip to Cyprus.

spent family vacation with 2 kids. found true home that is brand new, neat, with great furniture, excellent appliances and tons of extras! location is perfect as it is quite and short distance to everywhere including the best beaches in the area, supermarkets and family owned tavernas. the owner's suggestions were excellent and communication was prompt. management of the property was helpful and all of our questions were answered in no time. definately recommend to rent this property.

The Villa was really lovley, like home from home. The area was brilliant all in all wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Communication with owner was very good.
