This apartment is suitable for families, friends or couples and has one double and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite facilities. The double bedroom and lounge access the large balcony is ideal for breakfast in the sun whilst the private, rooftop solarium gets the sun from orange juice at sunrise to a glass of wine at sunset. The apartment overlooks the main pool and garden, there are 3 other pools to the front and rear of the complex. Situated about a five minute walk from a large selection of bars, banks, shops and a choice of international restaurants in the Flamenca Beach commercial center. The area boasts over 300 days of sunshine per day and the World Health Organisation says it has one of the healthiest climates in Europe. The local area, Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima, have every Saturday a street market at Playa Flamenca which is over a mile long; many blue flag beaches. Torrevieja is about a ten minute drive away, here are many more beaches, a nightly craft market and fairground in the marina area, a huge choice of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The Habernas shopping center attracts people from miles around. There are 3 excellent golf courses within a fifteen minute drive, all welcome visitors. There are many restaurants, snack bars and bars at the Flamenca Beach center, 5 mins away and at Punta Prima, a slow 15 minute stroll.

Notes to the rental rates

  • A non-returnable deposit of £50.00 to secure each week of booking is requested, balance to be received four weeks before the booking start. A security deposit of £75 is also payable in advance at the four week point, this will normally be refunded after receipt of a departure inspection of the apartment. Short bookings of less than 4 nights have a cleaning and laundry charge of £25.
    The weekly rates shown include a cleaning laundry and administration charge of £50.00 per week. The remainder of the amount shown is the rental on the apartment. For 2009 the cleaning and laundry will be collected in Spain, rates will be advised at the enquiry stage.
    The change in security deposit is as a result of increased key replacement charges, sorry for the inconvenience. Existing bookings are unaffected.
  • We have a flexible changeover policy, any day, early or late timings will be considered.

Four sun loungers are on the roof with a further 2 folding loungers suitable for either poolside or roof use. Covered car parking close to the lift. The cooker is an electric ceramic (flat) plate. There is an electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron, ironing board and fans are provided. TV has UK, Eire, Denmark, Sweden and Norway channels

We rented the apartment the first week of may 2008. We had some great days with nice weather, and the children loved the pool area, it was also very pretty.The apartment has almost everything we needed for our trip with children, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a nice kitchen with dinner table, and a TV corner, even with a Danish channel (Dr1) so we could see all the news from home. There is also elevator close to the apartment, and it’s a big help when you have small kids, and the roof and terrace was almost impossible to clam up and fall out, it was one of our minds to begin with, when we rented and top-roof apartment, but their was no problem at all.

We would have liked a highchair there, and maybe a little more stuff to the kitchen.so we could make lasagne or so:) But it’s a small thing, we really liked our days in the Apartment.

Paul and Rita had a great service, they had a baby bed for us when we arrived, and they was very help some by answering our mails with questions quick, and was very nice with the key delivery. We hope we will come back, and stay there again, we had a great vacation. Thanks for letting us stay in your nice apartment.

DANSK : Vi lejede lejligheden første uge I maj 2008, we havde nogle rigtig gode dage, med lækkert vejr, og børnene elskede at være nede og bade i poolen, da der også er børnepool. Hele pool arealet er meget lækkert lavet, og holdes rent hele tiden. Og om aften er der smukt lys i poolen som man kan se oppe fra altanen.
Lejligheden har alt hvad man har brug for som familie på 4. Der var 2 badeværelser, 2 soveværelser, samt et fint køkken med spiseplads, og stor sofa med tv og endda kanaler som Dr1. Tilmed var håndklæder og sengetøj pænt og nyvasket, og der var rent i lejligheden da vi ankom.
Der er også egen pakeringsplads til lejligheden, og tæt ved elevatoren, men der er flere i bygningen, så når vi skulle ned med barnevognen. Både tagterassen, samt altanen havde fin afskærmning for børnene. Som var vores frygt ved at leje et sted med top-terasse. Der var ingen problemer overhovedet.

Vi kunne dog have ønsket os en højstol, og måske lidt mere køkkengrej, i form af ildfastefade, eller lign. Der er rigeligt med tallerkner, bestik osv.

Ud over det ydede Paul og Rita en meget god service, de skaffede os en baby seng til den mindste, og var hurtig til at hjælpe med vores spørgsmål, om alt fra området til lejligheden. Vi håber at gøre brug af lejligheden igen.
